Avrei gradito almeno una bottiglia di acqua in frigo, alcune capsule di caffè e qualche strofinaccio e spugnetta in cucina. L’accoglienza sarebbe stata così più “calorosa”

The check-in instructions were clear.
When we arrived at 3:30 PM, the room was still being cleaned. The cleaner didn’t speak Italian or English, so communication was impossible. The host didn’t answer any calls since it was a Sunday. If you don’t operate on Sundays, then you shouldn’t allow Sunday check-ins. And if you do, you should be available to assist your guests. There was zero effort to solve the problem, and no support offered at all. The location is about 25 minutes from the city center by train, but we didn’t really like the area.
