Great Apartment, Abysmal Service

I stayed for three nights during the Rho Fiera event. The apartment itself is modern, well-furnished, and in a perfect location for the fairgrounds.

The customer service was non-existent and dangerously poor. Check-in is outsourced to an agency that only communicates via WhatsApp/email. On arrival night at 22:00, the entry instructions failed, leaving me locked outside of the building (safety in milan is not that good just to say...). Despite desperate messages, the agency provided no assistance whatsoever and NEVER REPLIED OR FOLLOWED UP UNTIL THE CHECKOUT. I had to find the owner's number myself. When I finally reached him, he offered no apology and simply told me to text the unresponsive agency. I only gained entry by sheer luck with the help of a stranger. There was no follow-up on this serious safety issue. While the apartment was clean, a mild smell of humidity was present. I cannot recommend this place due to the lack of customer care. Ps. I got all the conversation history.

Good family flat

Very clean with large spaces

The check in and check out process was poor. We waited for over an hour in front of the building to get the instructions to get to the flat, despite doing their online check in the morning prior to our arrival. The check out wasn't clear on where to leave the keys and the guy on their whatsapp number had no clue.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit Messe Besuch

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und schön eingerichtet, Küche, Badezimmer, Wohnzimmer und 2 Schlafzimmer. Sie liegt im 1 Stock mit Lift. Mit dem nötigsten Ausgerüstet was man für ein paar Nächte braucht. Wir waren zufrieden. Metro Station zu Fuß gut erreichbar ca. 300 Meter. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Hatten Leider en kleines Problem mit dem mit der Ceck-in. Es war nach Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer Gottseidank ein Notschlüssel vorhanden. Problem wird aber vom Eigentümer behoben !

Будемо в Мілані наступнооо разу - залюбки зупинимось

Місце для паркування - багато поруч. В 20 хвилинах пішки великий торгівельний центр - багато магазинів і класні ресторани, особливо сподобалось два мʼясних. Смачно і не дорого, 20-25 євро на людину включаючи алкоголь. Там і гарний великий супермаркет. До метро 10 хвилин і ще 20 на метро до Дуомо. Нам все сподобалось👍

Туалетного паперу на родину бажано більше ніж неповний рулон на декілька днів.

Het is ruim

Bij aankomst moest alles geregeld worden via whatsapp- leek een beetje vreemd. Ook ID en toeristenbelasting werd op deze manier geregeld, anders kregen we de toegangscode niet. Alvorens er iemand via whatsapp reageerde, stonden we al een uur aan het gebouw te wachten. Beloofde parking is er niet. Je parkeert voor het gebouw en betaalt €1,20 per uur van 8u tot 19u. Wanneer we vragen naar parkeer-tips via whatsapp, krijgen we als respons: op straat tussen de witte lijnen. Eens in het appartement overvalt je de muffe douche-geur. Het is wel heel ruim en er is overal airco. De keuken is ook goed uitgerust. Badkamer stinkt en de douche is niet proper. In de slaapkamers zijn de bedden opgemaakt maar wanneer mijn zoon in bed ging liggen, waren er witte vlekken op het laken. De lakens roken ook niet fris. Wij denken dat er geen verse lakens op de bedden lagen. Ook ons bed rook niet fris. We vonden wel in een ladekast extra lakens en hebben zelf de bedden verschoond. Zie foto van de vlekken… De handdoeken zijn niet zacht en ruiken ook niet fris. Dan het ergste: de deur opent met een automatisch slot met een code. Het slot was beschadigd en hing ook niet vast in de deur. Wanneer we wilden vertrekken, ging het niet op slot. We hebben van 10u ‘‘s morgens tot 14u in de namiddag geprobeerd om de mensen via whatsapp om hulp te vragen. Zij beweren dat de deur automatisch op slot zou gaan na ons vertrek. We hebben een uur gewacht maar de deur bleef los… wij zijn dus genoodzaakt geweest om iemand in het appartement te laten omdat de deur niet op slot ging. We hebben hier via verschillende wegen hulp om gevraagd maar niet gekregen. Het heeft onze vakantie verpest. Locatie is ook niet super. 30 min in de metro voor centrum Milaan + ook geen goede buurt.

Добра локация, напълно автоматизирано влизане в обекта. Оставена бутилка с вода, спаси ни в жегите. В паркинг наблизо имаше бърза станция за зареждане на електрически автомобили. Препоръчвам!

Добре е, да има оставено кафе, както и душ гел.

Pomankljivo pripravljen prostoren apartma v mirnem naselju

Apartma je bil prostoren, mirna okolica. Parkirišče čisto zraven, je sicer plačljivo (easypark aplikacija) in je dostopna cena.

Postopek prijave je kar zakompliciran, prej moraš izpolniti online check-in, ki je samo v italijanščini, tudi sam chat deluje bolj tako… navodila za vstop v apartma, smo dobili celo kasneje od možnega časa vstopa v apartma, saj bi se ta naj čistil. V kopalnici je bil izjemno neprijeten vonj (kanalizacija?), ter ni bilo nobenega mila, niti wc papirja, ki je napisan, da je vključen. Tako, da smo se morali obrniti in iti prvo v trgovino. Kuhinja je bolj slabo opremljena, tako, da če si kdo želi kuhati, bo moral biti kar iznajdljiv.

Il y avait une petite cafetière qui ne suffisait pas pour 4 personnes donc il fallait préparer le café en 3 ou 4 fois , mais ce n’est grave vu que dans l’ensemble l’appartement était bien équipé et propre

Posto terribile sotto tutti gli aspetti

Nulla. Esperienza terrificante.

Appartamento al primo piano di un stabile fronte strada trafficata giorno e notte. Insonorizzazione assente, si sente tutto, le macchine i condomini che sbattono la porta e urlano ed infine i cani che ululano tutta la notte, di giorno poi dall'altro lato c'è una scuola, di conseguenza schiamazzi ed urla tutto il giorno. In due notti ho forse dormito un paio d'ore. Appartamento Molto retrò. Due camere anguste. Mobilio vecchio e fatiscente. Strumentazione cucina Ikea. Materasso a molle anni 60! Mal di schiena che non vi dico. Bagno strettissimo a malapena ci passi. Fai i bisogni con la faccia sul muro. In frigorifero nemmeno una bottiglia di acqua. La tv in camera non funziona. Divano mangiato probabilmente dai cani. Accoglienza sui generis, dopo vari ed esausti accordi sull'orario del mio arrivo, arriva una ragazza straniera ti dà le chiavi e poi se ne va. Non ti fa vedere l'appartamento,non ti dà indicazioni su come utilizzare gli elettrodomestici ecc ecc. Ti chiede 9€ della tassa di soggiorno è poi il nulla! Probabilmente le recensioni positive si sono riferite a vent'anni fa. Lo sconsiglio vivamente.

Tutto perfetto!

Appartamento spazioso, dotato di tutti i confort, ordinato e pulito. Fermata della Metro a pochi minuti a piedi. La proprietaria, Vanessa, è molto gentile e super disponibile. Torneremo sicuramente Consigliatissimo!
