Beware Bed Bug Infestation & Host Denial! We stayed at SanSiro 74 House for two nights, and unfortunately, our experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Bed Bugs Everywhere! On our second night, we discovered bed bugs crawling under the mattress and on the walls! At first, we noticed small bugs on the pillows while sitting on the bed. Thinking they were just ordinary insects, we decided to check further—only to find them infesting the mattress. Unfortunately, we didn’t notice them earlier because on the first night, we were exhausted from our flight and fell asleep quickly. On the second day, we were out sightseeing all day and only returned around 2-3 AM. We had four beds and one sofa, but the only seemingly bug-free spot was the sofa, so all of us had to squeeze onto it just to get through the night. We contacted the landlord, providing photo evidence of the infestation. Instead of addressing the issue, they accused us of lying, claiming the sheets in the photos weren’t theirs. AND Threatened to report us instead of offering any help or compensation. Still No Support After this, we reached out to customer support and are still waiting for a response. We’re attaching photo proof below so future guests can be aware of the conditions here. This was an absolutely unacceptable experience. Not only did we lose sleep and feel disgusted, but we were also wrongfully accused when we tried to resolve the issue. Stay away from this place unless you want to deal with bed bugs and a dismissive host!

Dirty, especially the towels and the bedsheets. We found blood stains on one of the bedsheets, someone’s footprint on another sheet, broken beds, broken chairs - horrible experience. The contact number was not helpful at all, saying they were only responsible for the check-in. I can’t emphasize enough how disgusting the apartment was.

Made unpleasant by the smell of wet musty clothes.

We chose the location Sansiro because of an event. The apartment is conveniently located near shops, café’s and restaurants. It has very good connection to the public transport. The area is busy and noisy, but that is the case everywhere in Milano, and windows keep most of it out.

We found a laundry rack full of clothes hung for drying in the corridor. That shouldn’t be. But the actual issue were wet clothes left in the washing machine which started smelling musty. Was it expected of us to fold away the dry clothes and hang the wet ones? This just made the whole experience very unpleasant. Maybe the caretakers didn’t have time to finish between guests. But even so, this is a no go, even for B&B apartments. And this isn’t a low-cost one.

The Website stated breakfast was included..I sent a message the day before we arrived to confirm and was told that it was. When we arrived there was packet of dry crackers and some biscuits in a jar . I thought it was a mistake and sent a message to inquire. I was told that was breakfast! Very disappointing. Don't advertise what you are not going to provide!

Appartamento sporchissimo, letti e cuscini pieni di capelli e peli da persone precedentemente state, asciugamani sporchi. Dopo aver fatto la doccia siamo rimasti con i capelli bagnati perché il fono non funzionante con zero gradi fuori. Per non dire le prese della struttura rotte che per attaccare un semplice caricatore si rischiava di perdere la corrente. Esperienza a dir poco negativa. Sconsigliato.

Inaffidabili, da dimenticare

Il check in doveva essere disponibile dalle 14:30. Dopo aver pagato anche la tassa di soggiorno e inviato i documenti, non ho più ricevuto le informazioni per effettuare il check in. Ho iniziato a telefonare al cellulare di riferimento, ma dopo diverse mancate risposte e messaggi lasciati in segreteria, il cellulare è stato spento. Ho passato tutto il pomeriggio in linea con Booking per ricevere assistenza, e soltanto alle ore 20 mi è pervenuto il link per accedere all’appartamento…senza neanche un cenno di scuse per il grave disagio.

Die Wohnung ist gross, Klimaanlage (allerdings laut ) und Wi-Fi OK .

Ich habe mehrfach vor dem Bezugstermin angefragt ob ein Early Checkin möglich wäre , es gab keine Antwort des Vermieters, weder über die Booking.com Nachrichtenseite noch über Whatsapp. Die Antwort dass es nicht möglich ist wäre ja OK gewesen, nur keine Antwort zu geben ist mies ( In whatsapp war zu sehen dass der Vermieter die Nachricht direkt empfangen hat :" 2 blaue Haken" ) Schon sehr Spätabends nach 23 Uhr am Tag vor der Ankunft kam dann eine vorbereitete Info zum Check-in , man musste aber noch über ein vorgegebenes Bezahlsystem die Touristensteuer bezahlen und es wurden Fotos vom Ausweis verlangt . Wenn man dies erledigt so heisst es kommen dann die Check-in Infos . Wieder aber gab es kein Danke , zB Danke das passt so hätte gereicht zur Beruhigung . Auch meine Nachfrage ob alles so Ok sei wurde nicht beantwortet . Diese kamen dann trotz sofortiger Erledigung ( Ausweisfotos meiner mitreisenden Tochter lag mir zum Glück vor ) erst 1/2 Stunde vor dem vorgegebene frühesten Check-in (14:30) . Waren aber immerhin sehr detailliert und eigentlich perfekt ) Mit diesem Servicegedanken sollte man kein Vermieter sein . Wir mussten das Besteck nicht nutzen, es war aber nicht sauber . Die Betten waren sehr hart, Matratzen in Ordnung, teils aber kein Lattenrost sondern nur ein schmales , flaches Brett .

Die Kontaktaufnahme mit den Vermietern gestaltete sich ziemlich schwierig. Erst spät haben wir die nötigen Informationen für den Self-check-in und somit für den Zugang zur Wohnung erhalten. Es fühlte sich wie eine Schnitzeljagd an.

La nuit, à 1 heure du matin, nous avons découvert que les lits étaient gravement contaminés de punaises de lit. Impossible qu'à ce niveau de contamination, le propriétaire n'en soit pas déjà au courant, et il continue à louer l'appartement. Preuve d'irresponsabilité sociale et d'inhumanité !!!

La pulizia dell'appartamento era pessima, frigo con rimasugli, cassetti sporchi, il contenitore per i biscotti ancora pieno di briciole, un letto incompleto, asciugatrice in azione con lenzuola non nostre e la lavatrice con un paio di asciugamani al suo interno. Un altro letto tutto scompigliato. Appena fatto il check-in noi siamo usciti e al nostro ritorno ci siamo accorti di alcuni particolari i quali ci hanno portato a pensare che molto probabilmente il personale sia entrato in appartamento, i nostri oggetti personali ovviamente non sono stati toccati

Bez raňajok. Apartmán v starom dome s vysokými stropmi, celkom nápadito zariadené. Umývadla, WC a kuchynská linka nové. Lokalita splnila očakávania, keďže nám išlo o dostupnosť na Štadión San Siro. Obyvateľstvo taliansko-arabské, ale ľudia ústretoví a milí.

Okolie pomerne špinavé. Sanita v sprchovom kúte nebola namontovaná optimálne. zvukovo neizolované, ale v starých budovách to tak býva. Inak OK

La casa era tutta sporca ..pelo e sporcizia ovunque..polvere chissa da quanto tempo sui televisori sportelli della cucina pieno di schizzi non si sa di cosa..barattoli vuoti solamente con le briciole..la serratura del bagno si chiudeva ma non si apriva e sono rimasto un'ora e mezza dentro ...lavatrice piena di asciugamani sporchi..per fortuna era solo una notte altrimenti sarebbe stata dura lì..
