Worked in a pinch but apartment not as advertised

Location was great

Mold in bathroom. Paint peeling. Broken mirror. Master bath toilet constant running. Lack of towels. Keys not present at start of stay.

The location.

The property was advertised as having air conditioning, there were only fans. When I contacted the host, there was never an apology or respond. We were very uncomfortable, the weather was in the 90s. The bathrooms were very dangerous as whenever taking a shower the water spilled all over and the bathtub and it was very slippery.

List of issues… DO NOT BOOK!! THE PLACE IS ABSOLUTE TRASH AND YOU WILL BE SCAMMED OUT OF YOUR MONEY!! No proper air conditioning. The posting stated AC which is false. We arrived on 32 degree day to a hot boiling apartment. Saw couple of fans waiting for us in the room. Sent host a note about AC prior to booking and she stated they had AC. False!! Sent note to her the day we got there about heat in room and she stated the AC is controlled by condo board which was not told prior. Absolutely awful!! Requested more fans and she never showed up. If I had known this is how their AC worked I would have not booked the site Water leaks everywhere. Poor bathroom maintenance Flush handle on the toilet rough to close so water keeps running in the toilet Mold on the bathroom ceiling Beds were so uncomfortable. Pillows were awful No extra toilet paper to use The booking picture shows large fridge for us to use but there is a very small fridge No proper supply of dishes. Dirty cups in the cupboard. Stove very old and have to use small lighter to start and takes long time to heat All of doors rub against the floor when trying to close No locks on bathroom doors Mosquitoes! Bitten everywhere!

NO AIR CONDITIONING WILL NOT PROVIDE MORE THAN ONE SMALL FAN, DO NOT BOOK IN SUMMER TIME

Nothing. This listing lies about having air-conditioning. They do not have it, one fan & refused to bring more fans, said we had to wait until the morning. It was 92° out and about 95° in the apartment. (Unfortunately I didn't see the other multiple reviews confirming there is NOT AC) Begged for 2.5 hours for extra fans they refused, we had to leave it was way too hot. Ruined our whole day in Milan.

NO AIR CONDITIONING please see the MULTIPLE reviews saying the same thing. ONE FAN and I begged them to bring us extras because my 75 year-old mother and 3 children were sweating & uncomfortable, they refused. We had to leave & they’re fighting the refund. Disputing only credit card. This listing lies about having air-conditioning. They do not have it in this building. It was 92° out and about 95° in the apartment. They started by saying it should already be cool, to it will be cool soon, then by tonight if all the blinds are shut. They said they’d bring fans in the morning I said we need them now, they refused so we didn’t stay there. We couldn’t it was like being in the depths of hell. BE CAREFUL because Booking won’t help either and won’t make them update their listing to remove the incorrect claim that they have AC. We would've stayed if they brought fans because we didn't want to waste our day BEGGING THEM to help us cool the place down and moving somewhere else but they refused and kept saying to be patient. It's on the fifth floor w NO VENTILATION whatsoever. They ruined our trip to Milan & were extremely rude about it too.

Large Apartment close to Central Station…. But couldn’t wait to leave!

Only communication was by WhatsApp and we received a video and differing instructions by 2 hosts so was a bit confusing

Having to pay tourist tax by card prior to arriving. Was a bit worried due to security with our card. If we wanted them to meet us to gain access it was extra 25euro. There is NO AC even though the listing states there is air conditioning. We spoke to the host and they said the AC is not on until mid May. We were told to open the windows and doors for air which we did, only to be bitten by mosquitoes. So it was either warm and no air flow or get bitten, we chose the 1st option. Very outdated and not very clean and was dusty. Definitely needs to be fixed and modernised. Dishes were left for us in the overhead drying rack instead of the cupboard. We thought there was no crockery. Unsure if this is the practice in Italy. Haven’t had this issue in pre ious properties we stayed in. Not many utensils or nice coffee cups. The bathrooms were extremely unacceptable. Bad drainage in the shower/ bath made it extremely slippery as we tried to step out of the bath. Very difficult for older people to get out of. The toilet with rust stains was wobbly and constantly leaking. Toilet seat in the apparent ‘2nd smaller bathroom’ was chipped. All doors are opaque glass and would not close properly. Very sticky. Apartment is very noisy but that is expected in a big city like Milan. Positives were few can only say that there were lots of large mirrors and the hair dryer worked well. Hot water was turned off when we arrived and when we called the host we were told just to let the water run when in fact it had been turned off at the mains. We had to work that out ourselves. Would not recommend to stay in its current condition. Flavia was helpful via WhatsApp.

I really enjoy the stay

The place is so spacious and clean. The neighborhood is quiet and nice to walk around. The location is close to the train stations so it's easy to go to other places. The host replies quickly.

It took us a bit to figure out the hot/cold water situation. But you just need to ask for that.

Good location but poor facilities and disappointing host

Good location for train station and metro for getting into centre of Milan

No hot water for showers, either early in the morning or evening. Very disappointing. Very difficult to get into apartment as no one there when we got there. Overall instructions were poor. Then, having made contact with our host, we texted to ask for some additional sheets and were just ignored. Poor customer service.

Piso confortable, ideal grupos con necesidad de reforma y actualización.

Nos gustó que es espacioso, luminoso, tiene una bonita terraza, se estaba confortable de temperatura y la comunicación con el apartamento fué fluida. Pedimos unas toallas extra ya que solo una por persona durante todo el finde era insuficiente y nos las trajeron al apartamento.

Los baños están muy viejos, los vàteres pierden agua, las ventanas no cierran correctamente hacen que entre bastante frío y todo el ruido de la calle que a pesar de ser una zona tranquila, las ambulancias y camiones de la basura se escuchaban muchísimo.
