We went to another hotel.

Nothing. We paid 350 euros and didn’t stay there! Photos absolutely misleading.

Nice appartment but in the not ideal settinh

Very nice appartment with lot of space

In the morning the cleaning ladys they have everything in front of rooms and you have problem to go out from your appartment. The whole house is a part of bussines facility

Nice apartment just lacked some basic things

The apartment was very modern, had the bonus of a gym and small outside pool but it was raining the whole stay so didnt make full use of it.

Air conditioning does not have a controller so we did not know how to turn on/off, we had to ask reception to come up and turn it on which was via the distribution board, the temperture is not adjustable its the same throughout all of the apartments. Noisy shutters going up from 7am in the morning Lacked some small items like a tea towel or iron/steamer Location was a bit questionable at night

Lot’s of potential undermined by hidden fees and a very warm room in summer.

The gym was very well equipped. The rooms are an awesome size. The beds had duvets. The block out shutters had the room amazingly dark for sleeping.

Surprise late check in fee despite a 24hr front desk. Advertised with air conditioning but only has a centrally controlled ventilation system, no adjustable heating or cooling in the rooms. Our stay was uncomfortably warm. All the light switches had bright lights on them which ruined the super effective block out shutters.

Stylish minimalist studio apartment in quiet residential area, Bonus with gym and terrace pool.

Location in residential area, apartment inside renovated industrial building with fashion showrooms on ground floor. Clean, upscale minimalist design with water provided and restocked in refrigerator was a nice touch. Pool and gym were excellent and a nice escape after walking Milano. Esselunga superstore short walk for all your food and snack needs.

Air conditioning was preset for entire building and couldn't be adjusted. The nice doorman found a fan to have more comfort in the warm room. Glass window to shower if you're not comfortable with that.

Lovely stay in Milan.

Person at security provided key, access to the building, provided an overview of the facilities. Location is a decent neighborhood with nearby cafe, parks, and only about 15 minutes from LIN airport.

Stylish and clean. We were greeted by Isabella, who kindly saw us to our room on arrival. The apartment was clean and had fresh sheets daily. The pool/ outside area was quiet and relaxing.

I would stop here again, but not for the price. I don’t think it was worth the money.

The room and the general apartment area was clean.

No cleaning equipment was provided for the kitchen. This meant we couldn’t clean up after ourselves as we generally like to keep a clean apartment. When we asked for some cleaning equipment we were told that the staff will clean the apartment in the morning. This may seem like good service, but all we wanted was something to wipe down the surfaces and was cups so we could reuse them. The cane up and down to the room a few times to try and help but didn’t really understand. Eventually he came to the room, sprayed some disinfectant and some of the bench, handed me some hand towels and left. The room we stayed in was okay. It was clean but didn’t feel cosy. The bed was a small double and it felt like the room had too much empty space.

Good balue for money in a distance from coty center (you have a train right behind the corner to get there so no problem) The apartments are very new and in a very great building, the door guy is really helping sownstairs.

Spacious, great amenities, modern, black out blinds and great kitchen and bathroom.

Kitchen could have had a dishcloth or sponge and dishwasher tablets. We ended up purchasing them. Later in the stay when we saw cleaning staff they did provide tablets.

Small 'double bed', jacuzzi in repair and no power in the morning

The location was good. Between Linate airport and the city. The place from outside and corridor looked nice and modern.

The 'double bed' was super tiny for 2 persons: 135 cm wide! I had to share with a friend/colleague. I booked this place because of the Jacuzzi - however it was not available because it was in reparation. In the morning we had power problems: no light and we couldn't open the (electric) blinds. I send an e-mail my complaints to the hotel, however I never received an answer.

Loved the style and care!!

Really lovely stay! They cleaned your apartment every day with fresh bedding.. hosts were lovely.. the apartment was really stylish the whole building was gym was amazing.. really cool location as next door was model castings which we found really cool due to Milan fashion week which was cool! Metro is literally 2/3 blocks away not far at all and if you need a taxi they will call for one waiting no longer than 10 minutes!

Only thing I would say the pool was in repair during our stay which was disappointing but of course can’t be helped It’s a big walk from bus stop drop off from bergamot airport just get a taxi or metro but couldn’t fault it Also heard one party while we was there but again it was start of fashion week but I would come again!
