Clean and really good facilities
A little too far from central Milan

Really convenient for transport options- near a tram line and a metro, can get into the main area within 15minutes. Secure entry so felt safe. Room was a good size and had a kitchenette included.
The bathroom lacks privacy. The shower has a glass wall facing directly into the bed. There isn't any air conditioning which can be controlled in the room. We stayed mid June so would have preferred the option to have Aircon (especially at night). This meant the room was quite uncomfortable to sleep in based purely on temperature.

Very specious and the cleaning ladies were very friendly and helpful.
The lack of communication from their office. I sent a message a day or two before arrival and received no feedback. We arrived around 9pm at the apartment and had to wait another 30-45mins as they didn’t have my booking even though I had a fully paid invoice from them.
