Comfortable big for family with kids

Excellent location in a nice quiet neighborhood. City center easily reachable by bus and Metro. Relatively close to every places we went to. Very nice apartment. Loved the balconies. Big enough for family. Every request were accommodated by the host. Aircondition units in every room.

Problem with the elevator was resolved quickly. I think it's the other guests fault for not closing the door properly. Noise from outside the room and streets can be heard but it didn't bother us. Just keep in mind for families traveling with fussy kids and babies.

location was great. spacious rooms. clean.

it was a real shame as this would be the perfect booking otherwise. our room felt insecure due to a broken elevator key which still had the broken part in the lock, that meant you couldn't properly lock the apartment. the elevator went directly into the room, so anyone who entered the building could get into the room. this was later evident when we came back after work on day 2 to find a large bag of laundry left by cleaners that entered the rooms while we were out of the apartment and then left the rent door unlocked. it was not a serviced room, so we were very confused as they were not meant to come into the room while we were staying there. as a means of trying to secure our belongings, we locked our suitcases in the kitchen which had a key. when I tried to contact the concierge over WhatsApp about the key issue and the cleaners entering the apartment, they didn't answer until the day we departed.
