Modern place to stay. Kitchen is well-furnished. The room is quiet big and the bed is comfortable. It’s easily to park and secure. There’s a small and lovely garden. Easily talking to host through whatsapp.

Wonderful choice for a fantastic stay in Milan!

So clean, everything we needed, safe, secure, beds were extremely comfortable, beautiful bathroom, great climate control and skylights were so nice. We would definitely stay again!

A very nice apartment close to the sea.

Nice clean apartment. There were nearby restaurants and shops. The restaurant in the lobby of the building was excellent and they even gave a discount for people staying in the building. There was a lift which is great. The parking was easy to find in front of the building, although we were there in April and it might be harder in the summer months. Comfortable bed!

The only thing that I would change is the sofa in the downstairs area. I found it pretty uncomfortable.

Great place with great service.

Everything about the place was great, from the cleanliness to the facilities. However, what I appreciate most is the host, Vanessa. She was incredibly helpful with any questions I had, and when there were issues at the loft, she would quickly and immediately offer support and solutions. Thanks to her, the stay was very comfortable and pleasant.

We really enjoyed our stay in Urban Garden this week. Every expectation was met or exceeded. I hope I could rate more than 10 if possible.🤩 It’s a small community of 7 apartments like townhouses in a lovely locked green garden, one car spot for each plus one extra parking for emergency usage. We stayed is a 1b1b apartment which is beautiful, spacious, and well maintained. There is a comfortable shower in the full suited bathroom, good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook, with build-in dishwasher and fridge. Everything was very clean. The whole apartment is full of light but has roll shutters to darken the living room and bedrooms at night. A mini green yard with a lounge chair is located in front of each apartment which separated by designed plants fence makes you feel cozy and private, also it’s a smoking space if you need. Kids and Pets friendly!! We met a lovely doggie and a cute boy from our neighbors in the trip when we stayed. They both could walk and play very safely and freely in the locked neighborhood, but we didn’t hear any noise at night which meant the sound insulation is very good. The location is really ideal for someone who doesn't want to be right in the heart of the centre to avoid crowds, noise and traffic. It’s more like a local residential neighborhood with a reasonable walking distance to the Metro station, supermarkets and various nice cafes or restaurants. We tried two restaurants and one cafe which the hoster Vanessa recommended, all of them were super good. Also it’s not in the ZTL, so you can drive in and easily park in front of your apartment. No pressure from loading or unloading your heavy luggages cuz all the apartments are located on the ground floor. The highlighted part was made by the hoster Vanessa. She organized everything in advance, checked with us to confirm arrival times, responded promptly to every query and give us a hand whatever we needed immediately.

Estadia perfeita em grupo no Urban Garden durante o Natal em Milão.

Nossa estadia foi excelente. Éramos um grupo de 11 pessoas e reservamos 3 unidades para passar o Natal em Milão, e o Urban Garden superou nossas expectativas. O atendimento da anfitriã foi ótimo, sempre rápida nas respostas e muito atenciosa. As unidades estavam impecavelmente limpas, bem decoradas, confortáveis e com ótima privacidade e isolamento acústico. O sistema de aquecimento funcionou muito bem e fez toda a diferença no inverno. O local é seguro, com sistema automatizado de portões e caixa lock para as chaves, e a estação de metrô fica a cerca de 1 km. Encontramos tudo o que precisávamos: boas louças, micro-ondas, toalhas, produtos de banho, secador de cabelo e ferro de passar. O alojamento é moderno, bem iluminado, com claraboias, vidros triplos, automação, jardim e estacionamento. Recomendamos muito e voltaríamos com certeza.

A única coisa que senti falta foi de uma esfregona (rodo + pano de chão) para limpar o chão porque estávamos com criança. Mas isso não comprometeu e nem afetou a experiência. Pode não fazer a menor diferença para outro hóspede.

L'appartement se trouve dans un cartier calme. À max 10 minutes à pied du métro. Le parking sécurisé se trouve juste devant l'entrée de l'appartement. C'est un vrai plus. Nous avons eu contact par watsapp avec Giulia. Elle a été très réactive à nos diverses question et d'une grande gentillesse. Nous sommes arrivés en fin de matinée et avons déjà pu parquer la voiture même si l'appartement n'était pas encore prêt. Même les femmes de ménage étaient super sympa.

Tesis de tüm eşyalar yeni ve kullanışlı. İsterseniz yemek bile yapabilirsiniz. Biz kahvaltıları tesiste kendimiz hazırladık. Metroya yakın. Arabamızı tam odamızın önüne park ettik. Güvenli ve sessiz bir yer.

Salondaki çek yat daha kullanışlı olabilirdi. Uyuması biraz sıkıntılı.

Die ganze Kommunikation über WhatsApp war unkompliziert und alles war im Vorfeld top organisiert. Das Appartement ist großzügig, die Einrichtung ist modern und geradlinig, es gibt ausreichend Ablageflächen. Bei den hohen Temperaturen haben wir uns über das bereitgestellte Wasser im Kühlschrank sehr gefreut.

شقة حلوة بعض الشقق فيها شطاف وبعضها له اتوقع الصغيرة اللي غرفة وحدة ما فيها تجربتي كانت يومين وكنت اوقف سيارتي واروح تكسي للسنتر تقريبا المشوار 20-25 يورو الشقق واضح جديدة وفيه اهتمام من صاحب المكان المكان بشكل عام امان بس في الليل لما تدخل مع 3 بوابات وتمشي بدون اضاءة الشعور غريب شوي

مدخلها شوي مختلفة عن بقية الشقق لها 3 بوابات اول بوابتين فيها شقق قديمة فيه ناس ساكنين وبعد البوابة الثالثة تحصل يكون السكن الشقة مكانها في حي صناعي او شيء زي كذا لان في مستودعات حتى المدخل الاول
