與管理業者溝通無礙，入住前透過房東的自助辦理入住系統，提前上傳所有住客護照等資料，同時刷卡繳城市稅，全程不會與房東碰面到，在約定好的入住時間，房東會提前先開好冷氣非常貼心。 房間面向中庭很安靜，空間大、整理行李很方便，廚房內各式用品都有，自煮很方便，還有簡單調味料可以使用，離車站也不遠。
房間內有洗衣機可使用，但如果有附洗衣粉或洗衣精會更好
