Great central location! Ideal for 3 people.

Algún mueble necesita alguna mejora sobre todo en el baño. En general todo muy limpio y en buen estado.

Mucho ruido exterior a pesar del buen cierre de ventanas

It looked like the pictures which is good - no visible unpleasantry. Extremely close to milan centrale which is fantastic. So convenient for travel out of the city and access to other places. The bedroom lighting was nice, and the decor is minimalistic which is nice. The door security is good - we controlled everything with our phones

The room was freezing and we couldn't figure out the heating. The remote didn't seem to be working which was unfortunate. There were no hand towels or tissues in the kitchen which was frustrating and there was no water provided which I think is disappointing. As a minimum air bnbs really should have some water for guests. The bed was unbelievably creaky which is so frustrating, and for some reason the only plug sockets that were valid for our adapters were one in the bathroom and one in the kitchen. Not helpful. The lighting was also really poor in the living room which meant we were reliant on lights the entire time. But the bedroom light was nice. This is just a separate note but they refused to allow early check in which is not mandatory, but our flight landed at 10am and we had to roam milan for 4 hours with our luggage which was really frustrating. There was also storm like rain which meant we were trapped in the station with nowhere to go because we weren't allowed to check in which is quite disappointing.
