- Silêncio (janelas antirruído).
- Eletrodomésticos. Máquina de lavar, ferro de passar, secador de cabelo, cafeteira elétrica.

Localização excelente, a poucos metros da Estação Milano Centrale. Quarto confortável, cozinha funcional que inclui fogão, forno, lava-louças e lava roupas; Tudo muito organizado e limpo. Havia panelas e utensílios para cozinha. Também deixaram capsulas de café para nós. No banheiro havia amenities de banho. Toalhas e lençóis limpos e em boa quantidade.
Demoramos a abrir o apartamento porque a internet estava ruim (os chips internacionais com dificuldades no sinal). O chuveiro só teve água quente no 1º dia e depois a água estava muito fria, o que dificultou o banho das crianças. Seria muito interessante ter alguém para dar e receber as chaves. Saímos muito cedo (antes das 5h) e tivemos que pensar toda a logística de deixar a chave dentro do apartamento sendo que ela também abria a porta principal do prédio. Para uma pessoa sozinha isso seria impossível!

Only positive the location, right across Stazione Centrale.
The apartment looked like it was falling apart. Furniture with a million stains, power sockets falling of the walls, a bathroom with extreme moisture that hit you the minute you opened the door and only a pair of towels and sheets for a stay of 7 days(charging extra to use the spare ones in the apartment!). For the cost per night I would 100% recommend to pick a hotel over this. Overly dissatisfied with this stay.
