Matteo was very welcoming and helpful. He reached out to coordinate the check-in process and offered some great suggestions and recommendations. He offered to stay in contact via WhatsApp to answer any questions about getting around the Metro in Milano. The apartment is very spacious and clean. We cooked dinner and had breakfast in the apartment during our stay. And we even did a small load of laundry. The location is great. We managed to walk to the Duomo from the apartment and made a few stops along the way.
There was some audible noise coming from the apartment next door while I was sitting on the couch in the living room finishing up some work on my computer. I will not count that against the host. Everything else was great!

Klantvriendelijkheid! En stiekem de airco ivm hitte. Daarnaast was het fantastisch dat het zo dichtbij station was!
Voor 4 personen was 1 nacht prima te doen, meerdere nachten met 4p is wat krap.

The apartment was exactly as promised. Sleeping was comfortable, no noise, shower was good and AC worked well. The host was very communicative and helpful

Super friendly communication prior to arrival and during the stay. Checking in was made easy. The location is absolutely amazing. Safe public parking close by and then much of downtown is accessible by foot - or just take one of the metro stops. The place itself is quiet, comfortable, and well equipped with everything you'd need even for a longer stay. We will definitely want to come back.
There's nothing we didn't like. Just don't book if you're a wheelchair user; it's ground floor, but 8 steps up.
