Nada a apontar

We had a wonderful stay and couldn't have been happier with both the apartment and the communication with the host. Our flight was delayed, so we arrived very late at night, but the self check-in process was smooth and we had no problems at all. We only wish we could have stayed longer than two days! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very cozy. We especially loved the private terrace, where we enjoyed spending time. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was much appreciated during the hot weather. We also appreciated the complimentary food and bottled water in the fridge, and it was a nice surprise to have access to Netflix as well. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Zara metro station, making it very easy to get around Milan. Thank you for your hospitality and for making our stay so comfortable. We had a fantastic time and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

The only minor issue during our stay was with the shower mixer in one of the bathrooms, which occasionally made it difficult to get hot water.

The location is excellent, with the metro station right across the street, making it very easy to reach downtown Milan. The apartment is spacious and can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. The kitchen is fully equipped, the WiFi speed was good, and the bedrooms were generally quiet.

The cleanliness could definitely be improved, as the floors and dishes were dirty upon arrival. There was no vacuum available, so we couldn’t clean it ourselves. The host was slow to respond — we only received the check-in instructions a few hours before arrival, and our question during the stay was never answered.
