Appartamento di ristrutturazione recente, ben arredato, pulito e posizionato benissimo in pieno centro a Milano. Ottimo anche il servizio di contatto pre check in e post check out.

Centrally located and clean renovated room!

The staff contacted me just hours before my arrival to ask for precise time of my arrival. I gave from 16:30 to 17:30 and the staff asked me to be more precise. So I gave 16:30 and was there on time. Had to wait 40 minutes to finally have someone show up with the key! Not very friendly nor helpful staff despite long WhatsApp exchanges!

The apartment itself is excellent. It is spacious, clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The location is also very convenient. Once we finally got inside, we really enjoyed our stay and felt that the apartment was worth the price.

Our check-in process was not satisfactory. We arrived at 6:30 PM, but there was nobody available to let us into the apartment. The phone was not answered, and we only received an automatic message on booking.com stating that they work until 6:00 PM. (There was no such information before our arrival) As a result, my mother, my 6-year-old daughter, and I were left standing on a very narrow street with three large suitcases and nowhere to go. Fortunately, there was a small three-star hotel directly across the street, and they happened to have one last room available with two tiny beds, where we spent the night. The next day, after finally reaching the host, they indicated they were not aware of our arrival, even though the stay had already been charged and we had completed the online check-in that they sent us in advance. They refunded one night’s stay, but this was less than the cost of the hotel we had to book. We appreciated the refund, but given the situation, we would have expected a more detailed apology or an additional gesture of goodwill. The apartment is wonderful—but only if you are able to access it.
