Fancy Blue Duomo Duplex Apartement

Proximity to central Milano was great, having 2 bathrooms really good & lift to apartment. Lovely entry to building, high ceilings & beautiful internal courtyard garden. Rugusso was very good at greeting us at such a late hour.

One of the freestanding fans does not work in the upstairs bedroom, but the 2nd one was good. The upstairs bathroom could do with some hooks for hanging. The shower drain needs unblocking & the basin needs a plug. A few cheerful cushions on the couches would be good 😊

Starting with the incredibly professional and responsive host, Silvio, who was always ready to help in any situation — a special thank you to him! His attentiveness made our stay even more comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect — all major historical sights are within walking distance. We came specifically to visit La Scala, and it’s only about an 11-minute walk to the theatre — just ideal! The apartments themselves are truly outstanding. There is a beautiful, quiet, and very green inner courtyard, which creates a peaceful and cozy atmosphere. The layout is extremely well designed: the apartment has two levels, and each level has its own bathroom and shower — incredibly convenient. The living room is very spacious — perfect for spending cozy evenings together. Everything is thoughtfully arranged: there is an iron, extra blankets, hangers — absolutely everything you might need. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essentials, including oil, spices, and coffee. Everything was perfectly clean and very well maintained — you can really feel the care and attention to detail. There is also a lift in the building, so you don’t have to carry suitcases, and even two hairdryers — every detail is carefully considered. Simply magnificent and very cozy apartments. Highly recommended! 💛

Next time we visit Milan, we would be very happy to stay in these apartments again. As a small suggestion, it would be great to have a few additional kitchen items, such as wine glasses, a frying pan, and a small pot.

The location is really excellent, in walking distance ofmany of the major attractions of Milano. The metro is nearby for anything further afield. Our host was excellent and easy to communicate with.
