ComeCasa Attic 3 min walk from Duomo

Great location very close to the action and across the road to the subway. Apartment was spacious and well set up.

On the day we arrived there was no hot water and a technician arrived to fix it. Unfortunately the following day we had no hot water again and the problem remained until we left. Also there is an arrangement where vouchers are provided for breakfast - we weren’t too bothered about the first two days as it was a public holiday and breakfast was going to be delivered (after 8:30am) so we cancelled but asked for the vouchers to be available the last two days of our stay but they weren’t provided. To be honest I am more disappointed about the lack of hot water. In the room there is a note reminding guests to be fair and not complain in an attempt to claim a refund. To be clear I am not seeking a refund but I don’t want others to be caught booking an apartment that can’t provide the basics of hot water.

Place was super nice, very clean, close to literally everything. The host was fantastic!! Very kind and very responsive.

It was super hot in Milan when we stayed, the AC was good, just wish the bedroom could’ve been slightly cooler. It was still cool and the AC was very nice!

It’s a good location if you want to do all the tourist things - see the Duomo, Galleria and Opera House.

It’s an attic apartment on the 8th floor with no lift the last floor. It was hot and stuffy and there’s a tram track that runs on the street that is noisy.
