Duomo Center Art Living

Burada daha önce de kalmıştım. Çok memnun kaldığım için tekrar tercih ettim. Konumu gerçekten büyük rahatlık. Alışveriş yapacaksanız poşetlerinizi elinizde taşımanıza gerek yok :) Evin yakınında süpermarket var eğer evde bir şeyler yemek isterseniz bu da rahattı. Tek dezavantajı eğer sese karşı fazla duyarlıysanız rahatsız edici olabilir. Çünkü cadde temizliği, çöp toplama, önünden tramvay geçmesi gibi durumlardan dolayı geceleri biraz fazla gürültülü olabiliyor. Ama hem evin şıklığı, hem ev sahibinin nezaketi, hem de konumu her şeyi unutturur. Tekrar tekrar tercih edeceğim bir yer.

Biraz diplere inerek daha detaylı temizlik de yapılsa keşke. Ev kirliydi diyemem ama fazla titiz birisi için gözünüze çarpan tozlar olabilir. Ama tekrar söylüyorum evin konumu ve ev sahibinin nezaketi her şeye değer..

The location was superb. Apartment was spacious. Bed was firm but ok.

The blinds in bedroom didn’t open & hadn’t been dusted clean for a while. The shower screen was hard to close & leaked over the floor. We had to buy more toilet paper as there wasn’t enough supplied for our 5 night stay.

Rue commerçante extrêmement animée de jour comme de nuit (tram, voitures, foule, gens qui sortent des bars le soir). Un peu trop cher.

The locacation was excellent. There are some great places to eat close by . Bed was comfy . Great little supermarket round the corner .Very close to the Duomo . Shopping street was excellent .

I didn't like the pressure put on by the managing agent that we must leave by 10am because cleaners would be outside the door. During the week stay we were constantly asked at what time we were going to leave. . Regarding the cleaning. .. the dishwasher had dirty cups in it. The walls were covered in dirty marks , the table cloth was torn and oil marks were in one corner of the floor in the kitchen . The pillows were worn out The shower door had lost its plastic strip so water went onto the hybrid wood floor. Naturally the plank there was slowly lifting. The dark floors and depressing brown wall were horrible. There was not enough toilet paper or soap supplied. All the non perishable food items are removed by the cleaners. Someone needs to explain to them they have been left for the next occupant. There was not even a tea towel or a tea coffee tray to welcome if you arrived late at night. Little things like that are important . We won't be back and will stay elsewhere
