The location is very good! The apartment is clean and confortable!

Its a bit confusing the first times you enter the property, until you accommodate with the doors to open and codes. Once you get used, its easy. Would be nice to receive keys once you are inside the apartment. The refund of the 300 euro deposit, didnt happen automatic, but the stuff took care of it once they got contacted.

Magnifique! l'appartement est très bien situé dans une rue calme, et à 10mn à pied de la Piazza du Duomo. Nombreux transports en commun (tram, trolley, métro etc. Toutefois un petit inconvénient en cette période, énormément de travaux dans les rues adjacentes.

Bien que l'appartement soit fonctionnel et bien agencé, il est un peu sombre du fait qu'il donne sur une cour.

I left the door open all stay as we were in a secure courtyard Main door located next to the garbage bin storage for the building / garbage out around 11:26 PM / Extremely very noisy. AIR CONDITIONING Thermostat LOCKED in a secure lucite box. I said to the host it was to hot for my comfort (as American we like AC and be comfortable at 18/19 Celcius. It was 23/24. He host replied: This is set for the temperature for Milan / OPEN THE WINDOW!!!!!! as you are in a enclosed courtyard with mesh on the window, if you open the window, you have NO PRIVACY. late at night some neighbors chatting in the courtyard. If you now sleep the windows open, you are part of the conversation. Apartment need a serous paint job. Bed felt water bed / not comfortable. check out is at 10:00 AM. we were at the post office until 9:35 AM as we returned, door open two lovely housekeeper were in the unit cleaning! 20 minutes earlier before check out!
