Appartamento spazioso, pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort. Ottima comunicazione con la sig.ra/na Valentina, gentile, disponibile e rapida nelle risposte. Istruzioni per l'acceso chiare e semplici. Bella accoglienza e massima attenzione per i dettagli e le esigenze degli ospiti (anche per la colazione). Posizione ottima, a breve distanza da Piazza Duomo e a pochi passi dalle stazioni Metro M3 e M4. Condominio silenzioso (la strada un po' meno per la presenza di alcuni locali comunque aperti solo fino ad una certa ora e quindi senza disturbo per il riposo notturno). Letti molto comodi e divano ampio. Ottima esperienza.

Location was very good. Metro train very close. Duomo about 8 min walk.
No hot water 2 of our 4 mornings. One day it didn’t come back to Lukewarm until after 2pm. Next day we left and another cold shower before departure in the 30degree outside temperature. Very poor lighting throughout. Why is a dining chandelier in the middle of the room literally an inch above my head if 6ft tall you hit it. Need a good ceiling light to light up the space. Super small nightstands and lamps. Like a dorm bedroom. Living room and dining furniture placement is terrible. See pictures. Very minimal kitchen supplies.
Only two rolls of toilet paper for 4 days and no facial tissues at all. Had extra pillows but no pillow covers. Last thing the shower was the 3rd smallest we have ever had to use and we travel a lot over the world.
