Spacious with a nice shower. Lots of room in the bedrooms and hosts were easy to contact with issues getting the keys. Great aircon and in a good city location 5 mins walk from the metro line.

A room was lacking all linen on arrival. The shower flooded very easily after a 5 minute shower.

Here's a more polished and balanced version that includes the air conditioning issue: The apartment itself is amazing—spacious, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. Unfortunately, our experience with the host was disappointing. We asked for an extra set of bed sheets, which is something we've never had an issue with in other accommodations, but instead of helping, we were simply told that clean bed sheets had already been provided. When we arrived, we also asked whether a baby cot was available for our younger son. The host said she would check, but we never received a reply. The cleanliness could have been better as well. The floor was not properly cleaned, and our socks became dirty almost immediately after walking around the apartment. Another issue was the air conditioning. There are only two air conditioners for the entire apartment, both located in two of the bedrooms. The units are extremely noisy, making it difficult to sleep. We asked whether a fan was available for the third bedroom, but instead of answering the question, the host simply replied that the apartment had two brand-new air conditioners. Finally, although there is a coffee machine, the capsules provided were for a different brand, so we were unable to use it. Overall, the apartment itself is excellent, but the lack of communication, attention to guests' requests, and several avoidable issues negatively affected our stay.
