There is heating just in the bathroom and since I went in January even with the air-conditioning on the house was a bit cold.

The space is really nice, Room is spacious and terracota is beautiful.

The bed is not comfortmable, bed is nosy despite I was sleeping there alone and yes - no proper heating - AC is really not enough for Milan in December - my mistake I didn’t check upfront. And really the big thing is poorly ecquiped and on top of that no drop of oil, stone of alts or a dust of paper - in Italy - for me - it’s unbelievable.

The décor was basic but clean, and the location was ideal for getting around.

The apartment was unfortunately very cold throughout our stay. The host told us to set the heating to a specific temperature because “it works better that way,” but it made no difference at all. The only warm place in the whole property was the toilet because it had an electric heater. The AC units in the other rooms did not heat the space properly, which made it really uncomfortable, especially coming in from cold weather outside. The WiFi didn’t work at all during our stay, which was very inconvenient. We also used the oven but there were no oven gloves provided, and there were no clear instructions on how to use the dishwasher either. Overall, the apartment looked nice but the lack of heating, working WiFi, and basic essentials made the stay disappointing.

Worst apartment of my life

Absolutely nothing. This is the worst accommodation I've ever stayed in. The price is that of a 3* or 4* hotel, but the comfort, cleanliness, and facilities are worse than a hostel.

The walls are dirty and moldy with significant physical damage. The bathroom is terrible with the sink clogged, smelly and filthy, the window jammed so it won't close not open, and mold in the shower. The bed is so uncomfortable that my girlfriend and I had a lot of trouble sleeping. The mattress itself is really bad and the bed creeks with every slight movement. We also only got a sheet and a very thin blanket, which made us extremely cold during the night since there is no way of heating the apartment (the ACs don't work). Upon requesting another blanket, they didn't even reply to me. When requesting a transfer to a different flat, they insisted on repairing the sink, but they only made it dirtier while the sink is still clogged. You eill regret booking this.

Muy bien ubicado, en una zona tranquila con todos los servicios. No está en el centro pero está muy cerca del metro lo que facilita la movilidad, se llega muy fácil al centro.

Quan entràvem estava la calefacció encesa, i si haguérem anat en un altra època haguérem desdejunat en alguna de les terrasses.

Els coixins del llit sòn un poc incòmodes i el capçal està solt, aleshores cada vegada que ens moviem feia molt de soroll

Acogedor pero mejorable

El alojamiento está ubicado muy cerca del metro lo que hacía fácil llegar a cualquier sitio, además era amplio y bastante cómodo, tenía todo lo necesario para pasar unos días, las camas cómodas, el sofá cama no lo utilicé porque no fue necesario, agua caliente, aire acondicionado con bomba de calor para el invierno, tiene supermercados cerca, de verdad estuvo bastante bien, cuentan con lavandería pero no lo use, armarios en habitaciones, terraza! De verdad muy bien!

Bueno más que no gustarme considero que son cosas a mejorar. Los portales no tienen ascensores, por lo que si vas con silla de bebé es un lío. Entiendo que los pisos de alquiler se deterioran por la cantidad de personas que pasan pero, el sartén es inutilizable, es mejor tirarlo que tener un sartén pelándose y desprendiendo cosas. Había muchos objetos pegados con cinta entre ellos el bajante del agua del inodoro, eso es inaceptable! He ido a planchar y por poco se me quema la ropa, la plancha super manchada con pegoste de cosas. La pared entre el salón y el baño se ve que ha sufrido filtraciones.

Perfecto para un finde en Milán

Muy amplio y cómodo. La calefacción estaba puesta al llegar, lo cual agradecimos. Muy cerca de la línea del metro que te lleva hasta el Duomo. Aunque era un piso a pie de calle, el barrio es muy silencioso (es barrio local, no turístico).

Las almohadas eran muy altas, pero para dos noches no fue un problema.

Fuimos a ver la carrera F1 y la ubicación es genial porque esta en un pinto medio entre el circuito y el centro de la ciudad a una línea de metro

Appartement fonctionnel, sans fioritures. Draps propres. Matelas corrects mais pas super confortables.

On sent que le logement est en location depuis quelques temps déjà. Nous avons loué deux appartements. Dans le premier, il manquait la porte du lave-vaisselle. Dans le deuxième c’était la porte qui cachait la hotte qui n’était pas là… Dans les deux appartements, la tête de lit était branlante. Cela faisait du bruit à chaque fois qu’on bougeait… il y avait beaucoup de moustiques à notre arrivée. A priori les précédents en avait déjà eu car les murs étaient pleins de taches de moustiques écrasés. Dans notre chambre, le tour de porte était arraché et un des deux rideaux manquait… Dans les salles de bain la robinetterie était tellement encrassée de calcaire que le débit était très réduit. J’ai dû gratter moi-même… La chasse d’eau était défectueuse et continuait à couler bruyamment. Dans le salon, où se trouvait le canapé-lit, une des deux fenêtres n’avait pas de volet. Les enfants ont été réveillés par le jour… Enfin, l’isolation phonique est assez mauvaise, et on entend clairement les voisins, que ce soit dans les couloirs ou sur les étages du dessus

Plusieurs dysfonctionnements : - le lavabo de la salle de bain bouché - des fourmis sur le balcon et quelques unes dans l’appartement . - Barrière du lit superposé non conforme et à réparer . - porte de la chambre double très difficile à fermer . - l’évier de la cuisine qui fuit. - wifi instable et téléviseur non fonctionnel . - équipement cuisine très minimal .

Manque d insonorisation, trop de bruit, plusieurs nuits sans dormir par apport à la rue poubelle à 5h du matin dans l’immeuble, porte de l’immeuble qui claque sans arrêt. Peux ustensiles de cuisine, les siphons qui ne fonctionnent pas dans la salle de bains, volets de la terrasse qui ne ferme pas.
