Good location, great shower, enough beds and bathrooms as described, even arranged portable ACs to handle the heat. Access is a bit confusing first but if you follow instructions and videos, it’s easy.
One fan was not working, fridge is unstable but rest everything were great.

Excellent location and good for family.
Bathroom doors have no locks no privacy. They should have safety locks, easy to open from outside if any get stuck.

Very spacious! Great deal for what you get.
The AC was terrible it kept tripping the breaker. It was so hot and they have three portable units with hoses that go out the window. The window stays half open the AC drains water that you have to empty every couple of hours.
