Excellent treatment, fast answers and patience from the staff

Very well located, less than a 15-minute walk from the central station, very close to bars and restaurants. Very large room, especially for two people, with a very comfortable bed.

The room's soundproofing isn't very good, noise from the pipes, other rooms and the corridor is a bit annoying, especially at night. Check-out is very early.

This accommodation is perfect for overnight or short stays👌🏽. It is clean and comfortable. It is near the Central Train station and eateries.

Lied about no stairs

Location was good

There are stairs, I was told no stairs. Needs online app and 3 codes to open doors to get to room. Too convoluted for international travellers with limited wi-fi. The rooms were too hot and air conditioning kept turning off.

Super recommend to stay in heart of Milan!

Very close to Milano Station, only 5 minutes walking and other main attractions in heart of Milan. The facilities are excellent and the room is comfortable and functional. I love how to unlock the door via application, feeling very safe and easy to get in.

The towels are not fresh smell.

Great connect with host, yet decent experience

Thanks to the host which we were contacting remotely, I was able to receive a jacket that I had left in the room before check-out. The flat itself included all needed things. A close location to train station.

The reason I forgot the jacket could be an arguably early check-out, which is not really convenient :) Also, you can hear scrappy floors and chatting of neighbors. Shower doors didn't close fully. The system with locks fully dependent on the phone is not flawless, since one may run out of battery on the phone.

Good location, clean design, good size room - small details could improve overall comfort

Things such as tea/coffee was were limited - there was only one of the two provided, no sugar or teaspoons. No tissues in the bathroom or room. Small touches like these would make otherwise clean and nice room more enjoyable

Solid option if you want to catch an early train from Milano Centrale

Binario Verticale is a good option if you need to catch a train from Station Milano Centrale, as we did. The owner is responsive on WhatsApp (all the check in experience is automated) and the arrangement with the breakfast at the diner next door is very good. The price was high for 1 night for what you actually get, but overall the property matched expectations and would recommend it for certain type of travels (e.g. if Milan is not your main stop).

There's not really much space for 3 people and the room could use some refurbishment to justify the high rental price. I would also say that the "so much" automated check in with codes everywhere is not for everybody - too impersonal, although for me it worked just fine. That being said, the property is next to Milano Centrale, so I would recommend it if someone wishes to travel early in the morning.

Helpful staff. Arrived late at night still available online to assist me on how to enter the premise. Cleaner is also helpful. Room is fully equipped and quiet.

Excellent stay

The location is ideal for Milan Centrale station which I love so you aren’t having to trek across the city with luggage. The room had everything we needed, it was modern, clean and there was minimal road noise. The bed was comfy, TV & kettle in the room and best of all a good shower! The hairdryer in the bathroom was also decent. The staff were amazing from start to finish, communication in the form of emails, WhatsApp and easy check in completion before our visit was all spot on and they always made themselves available if we needed anything. We were able to check in before 3pm and there was an option to leave luggage, this meant leaving it outside your room in the corridor but we felt better using the company ‘stow your bags’ which is only 1 street away. In regard to access make sure your phone is always charged as this is the only way to access the building and your room.

Very comfortable place to stay near the train station.

The property was very close to Milano Centrale train station which was great. It was difficult to find through google maps at night. Sign is small. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The owner has been very helpful with an item I left behind. I would definitely stay here again.
