Great train and metro access but noisy
Ideal location next to Centrale plus metro stop Caiazzo is just on the corner. Plenty of space and the washing machine at the end of a couple of weeks on the road was so appreciated.
Via Giovanni Battista Pergolesi is NOT a quiet road. Even with double glazing and roll-down shutters the noise was intrusive. Maybe the window seals are no good? The toilet is without a doubt the most ridiculous thing I have ever used. It's jammed in the corner of the bathroom and I have no idea how the designers thought anyone would actually be able to sit on it.

“Good Location, but Some Inconvenient Policies”
“I really liked the location — it’s very convenient and close to the train station. This made getting around easy and stress-free.”
First of all, the environment didn’t feel very warm or welcoming.
Secondly, after the booking was confirmed, I received an SMS stating that a €100 cash deposit was required for possible damages. This should be handled through Booking, where a deposit can be blocked in advance, as is standard practice.
The most inconvenient part was that although the €100 deposit is required, it is not returned at check-out time (11:00 AM). Instead, it is only returned at 3:00 PM, when reception arrives. This is quite impractical, especially if you have an early flight and need to leave before that time.

2 Night Stay at Milan
Location near to Milan Terminal.
Need to pay extra EUR50 for late check-in. The heater didn’t work properly, so we had to stay in cold conditions at night. The induction cooker and microwave were not operating as expected.

Avoid this apartment — terrible experience.
I had a very disappointing stay here. I contacted the manager, Alexandro, one month in advance to confirm if a late check-in would be possible, because I already knew my flight time. He told me it was fine and that I should write before arriving to receive the options.
However, when the reservation became non-refundable and I could no longer cancel without being charged, he suddenly said that late check-in was not possible. He refused to cancel the booking without charging me, so in the end I was forced to pay two full nights even though we stayed only one.
He also didn’t allow us to enter before 15:00, so we had to wait for the staff to arrive.
The apartment itself was also a big disappointment. There was an inner door connecting to another room with other guests. It was so thin that my child couldn’t sleep because we could hear every noise from the other side.
The bathroom was in terrible condition, including a broken sink and other issues.
Overall, the communication, professionalism, and conditions of the apartment were extremely poor. I strongly advise not booking this place.

but worked in bedroom BUT. there was no mirror! so simple to remedy and should have been provided
room not sound proof to other rooms and traffic garbage truck noise
on booking it stated that €4.50 pp for city tax but only advised day before it was increased to €6.70 pp
i am sure council didn’t put it up the day before we arrived. explanation about washing machine usage and electricity payment inadequate especially how measured and when return of €100 would take place as we didn’t use it and advised as such

Possibility to stay 1 night
The apartments were good, the main thing for us was to stay for 1 night, I wouldn't want to stay for more nights We had a separate bed and it was fine.
The shower head seemed broken because water was leaking, and the kitchen faucet was wobbly and looked like it was going to fall off.

Beware of the hidden costs
The property was close to central station.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this apartment. My partner and I stayed here during our 4-week trip to Italy, and while we booked it over 8 months in advance, our experience was disappointing. Just two days before check-in, we were informed of extra charges — €1 per hour for air conditioning and additional fees for using the washing machine. These costs were extremely well hidden in the original listing and felt intentionally deceptive and misleading.
Upon vacating you are required to clean the kitchen and any dishes used. You also need to seperate any rubbish into recycling groups and take it down to the rubbish room in the basement.
Communication with the host was minimal and not very helpful. Additionally, only one of the two elevators was working, and even that one operated inconsistently, quite frustrating when you’re staying in a high-rise building. We were on level 6 with several suitcases.
The location is convenient if you want to be close to Milan Central Station, but you’ll need to catch a train to reach most of the main sights, which adds travel time and cost.
Overall, between the lack of transparency, poor communication, and building issues, this stay didn’t meet expectations. I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere, and beware of the hidden costs.

A miserable stay in a miserable place.
The apartment was near Milan's central train station and on the surface appeared to have good value for money.
There was free shampoo and body wash to use in the bathroom.
Our experience with this property was comically terrible. On arrival at the reception 5 minutes after our requested (and approved) check-in time, we had to wait at least 15 minutes in the lobby for the lone receptionist to become available to check us in. Online, the air conditioning was meant to be charged at a euro per hour of use, and we asked to confirm. The receptionist used imprecise language when talking about the cost of the air conditioning, saying it could cost more or less, depending on how cold we had set it, fan speed etc. He then said use of the washing machine would be charged, at which point I asked how much it would cost (not online). He said it would depend again on a variety of factors, such as what type of wash was used, how many clothes were in the machine, and strangely, if we used the air con at the same time as the washing machine. On arrival at the apartment, we discovered a half-empty bottle of coca cola and chocolate bar in the fridge. We also found the bathroom sink was completely blocked. On pulling out the drain plug, vomit came up out of the drain. We got the manager to come up and fix it, which took him a long time, and one of our five towels. This was fine, as he said we could come to reception later and he'd provide another towel. Later after dinner, I came by reception, to find there was in reality no spare towel for us. After a bit of pushing, the manager revealed there were more in a laundry room, but as it was late at night he didn't want to go down there (It was ~22:30, before the time we were told reception would close: 23:00). Later that night, we took turns showering, and found a large patch of black mould in the bathroom. As it's July in Italy, air con is a must, so we switched it on to go to sleep, and found it was barely functional, even on its coolest setting. Sheets for the beds were provided, but the mattresses were to be expected of sofa beds, and they were slightly yellow.

Apt looks like never maintained. Advertised as Air Conditioning but AC barely works. Even though we are charged 1 Euro per hr. Apparently AC complain was in the reviews also which I unfortunately checked later. Owner did provide a fan when we requested that didn't really helped.
Sofa bed was all torned with signs of mold. Apt was full of bed bugs which me and my daughter experienced with bites.
Owner did offer to leave without charge the second night but it was too late to find anything.
I am looking for full reimbursement for this disgusting place and false advertising

we arrived early morning, but were not able to leave luggages at the premise. there’s luggage storage across the road for a fee, but no avail able space. after carrying our luggages around, room was not yet available when we checked-in at 3pm. we also had to dispose rubbish before we checked out.

An okay accommodation near station if you are looking for a place to stay at night.
Near the station, convenient for travelling. Was able to upgrade the room easily and accommodate 4 people.
Takes 30-40minutes checking in. Reception isnt 24hours, when you have problems with the facilities you can call them but will not come to fix for you. Because it was an old apartment, the airconditioning system is powered by a generator and guest cannot turned it on once it is off, possible electrocuted.Its inconvenient especially if the staff has gone home.

Local supermarket was close by with restaurants too hosts were lovely helpful and friendly

Great value for money. Fully furnished apartment at the heart of Milan.
Great value for money. Fully furnished apartment where we could cook our own meals. A cosy nest right at the heart of Milan; we felt like extending our stay and are sure to come back next summer. It is just a 5 minutes walk from centrale train station and ciaizzale metro stop, so getting to the main tourist attractions of Milan is a breeze.
As icing to the cake - The owner Alessandro welcomed us personally and made us feel at ease; he is proficient in English and a thorough professional having done his MBA from UC Berkeley, USA.
Refilling toilet rolls could be worked on given there is no staff on site - this was a minor inconvenience which could be fixed easily. As an idea - while we visited Stockholm, the refills for toilet paper etc were easily accessible in a common store room. However this is a minor issue and didn’t take away from our satisfaction.

Property pictures were not of our property. Property was about 1.5 miles away from where the property location pin is on Google maps. A/c doesn't work. Power was off so when we opened fridge it was a very bad smell and because their was no a/c and no wind outside it stayed around. Duck tape around the counter where stove it. Shower head hose holder broken so u have to hold the shower head when u shower. We put all our creditials in when we booked it we put all our kids ages into the search and then when we arrived the host made us charge us additional 100 euros overall a bad experience def not again

It was clean and very good location
They charged us extra for using the air-con even though we used it for maybe 4 hours maximum over three nights. It was incredibly hot in the rooms and we were uncomfortable as we refrained using the air-con, hoping to avoid the extra charge.
