The Green Spot - Milano

The apartment was exceptionally clean and very convenient for our stay. It has easy access to the metro, which made getting around simple. Parking was a bit tricky at times, but we were always able to find a spot nearby. The apartment itself was spotless, with very good-quality linen and towels, which made our stay extra comfortable. The best part of the stay was definitely the host. Antonio was extremely helpful and checked in regularly to make sure everything was okay. When I needed extra bathroom floor towels, a lady arrived at the apartment in less than 10 minutes — incredibly fast and impressive service. Antonio was helpful throughout our entire stay, and I would definitely recommend this place for many reasons.

Spacious, clean and with 2 bedrooms, finally with normal beds and sheets and not sofa for family of 4. Clear instructions and responsive host, good communication. Self check in. Coffee machine that works. Climatisation. Worth the money.

Not a lot of parking to find in front of the buildings around, 1.2 eur/hour. No elevator, so don't take heavy suitcases. You need internet connection to get into the appartement.

Társasházi lakás, közel a metró megállóhoz, és onnan könnyen, fél órán belül elérhető minden a városban. A közelben vannak kisboltok, mcdonalds is. A bejutáshoz való információkat üzenetben kaptam meg, egy alkalmazást kell letölteni a telefonra, ezzel lehet bejutni, nem kell a kulcsokkal bajlódni. A tulajdonos nem tartózkodott Milánóban de folyamatosan tartotta velünk a kapcsolatot. Kedvesen megengedte, hogy a tervezett időpont előtt odamenjünk a lakáshoz és lepakoljuk a csomagokat, a takarítószemélyzet éppen rendet tett, ők is nagyon kedvesek voltak. A lakás tiszta, tágas, több szobával, kényelmes fekhelyekkel. 2 felnőtt és 3 gyerekkel mentünk, elégedettek voltunk a szállással.

Kicsit zajosak a szomszédok, vékonyak a mennyezeti falak, de éjfél körül elcsendesedik a környék.

Il proprietario sig. Antonio è stato molto disponibile e presente per qualsiasi nostra richiesta. Abbiamo trovato molto comodo il check in key-less e l'appartamento ben ristrutturato ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative per un viaggio di lavoro. La zona è servita dalla metro e la fermata Comasina si trova a poche centinaia di metri.

L'edificio esterno non è al top, ma il sig. Antonio ci aveva avvisato che sono previsti dei lavori di ristrutturazione. In generale tutto bene
