ArtStay - Luxury Apt 1 Gym and Pool

Czysto, kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Ładny widok. Super basen.

Great facilities, however we didn’t get much of a chance to make use of them sadly.

Getting into the property was a real challenge. Access was via a lock box which was already set to the combination for opening, and still wouldn’t open. I tried the backup lock box and this also didn’t work. Traipsing around in 35+ degree heat and blazing sun to find 2 lockboxes in 2 different obscure locations was not my idea of a positive first experience of the accommodation (although instructional videos were admittedly very good). I updated the timing of our arrival on booking.com 2 days before our stay, but apparently this had not been passed onto the property manager so it took an hour for someone to get us into the property. Property manager was apologetic but also quite defensive about the whole situation. Won’t be staying here again!

Great facilities and fairly easy to get around

Too much communication and procedures on WhatsApp - no one is present for any real service. No service or fix for the crappy sofa bed. Instead too many WhatsApp messages to no help.
