El departamento está bien. Posee un buen tamaño y es espacioso. Tiene el equipamiento necesario para una estancia familiar. Hay algunos comercios cercanos para hacer compras.
La atención de la inmobiliaria no fue la mejor. Muchas preguntas y vueltas para coordinar la llegada y poder acceder. Si vas en auto, estacionar en la zona es realmente un desafío muy complicado. Y el metro está a más de 600 metros... La limpieza en cocina y baño eran deficientes (había trapos con feo olor). Y el baño no tenía jabones ni nada... No está mal, pero deben esforzarse para mejorar.

The apartment is big and would accommodate 4-5 people. The location is just a 10 minutes walk to the nearest metro station. There’s a lot of restaurant and supermaket nearby. Easy instruction on how to get in as the host is 100% hands on and would respond immediately to any concerns/inquiry.
Nothing. Nevertheless, there’s a little incovenience but the host have taken an action right away.

Die Wohnung bietet genug Platz für 2 Personen. Mit etwas Geduld findet sich ein Parkplatz in der Nähe des Hauses. Es ist eine ruhige Wohngegend mit umzäunten Aussenbereich. Räder können sicher plaziert werden.
Aufwendiger online check in. Bilder entsprechen nicht dem Ist Zustand der Wohnung (älter, dunkler, etwas verwahrlost in einigen Bereichen, siehe Schrank Flur). Wasserhahn nicht entkalkt. Tagesdecke nicht gereinigt. Ablauf Dusche verstopft. Bettlaken mit Blutfleck.
