La propiedad es linda y espaciosa, pero hay detalles que necesitan un poco de cuidado. No habia repasador, o paños de papel para poder secar y limpiar la mesa por ejemplo. El apartamento cuenta con lavarropas pero no había jabón para lavar la ropa. El tender para colgar la ropa lo encontré debajo de una pila de abrigos de cama después de buscar en todos los lugares razonables. En el dormitorio se desprendió el barral de las cortinas y está caído. No había una pava eléctrica para calentar el agua. Detalles que hacen a la comodidad y el confort del pasajero

Apartamento aconchegante, com o básico para uma boa estadia.

Ralos do banheiro entupidos, sentimos falta de um microondas e de um pano de prato na cozinha.

We liked that the apartment is conveniently located close to a major transportation hub, making it easy to travel both around the city and to the surroundings.

What we didn’t like: * The self check-in process was unnecessarily complicated and required us to provide personal information and photos. * We were given a list of fines, but no house rules were provided (not even basic instructions such as how to separate the waste). There were not even any garbage bags in the apartment. * The drinking glasses were dirty, and there was only one mug, even though we had clearly indicated that we were traveling as a family of two adults and two children. * There was no kettle to make tea or simply boil water. * The apartment was not clean. Many surfaces were sticky, the cutlery was dirty, and the bathroom sink was clogged. * Basic essentials such as paper towels, salt, and other everyday necessities were missing. * There was no first aid kit. * There was no Wi-Fi. Only on the third day, after repeated messages, did the host tell us to look for the Wi-Fi device ourselves and find the password. However, there was no Wi-Fi device anywhere in the apartment. It may have been in the neighboring apartment, which we had no access to. * The curtain rod in the bedroom was broken and barely attached. * The kitchen cooktop was cracked. * The chairs were very flimsy and felt unsafe for an average adult to sit on. There were only four chairs, and the only TV was in the kitchen, which was very inconvenient. * The window locks were old and weak, and the windows could open by themselves because of the draft. * Garbage collection takes place in the courtyard around 4–5 a.m., and it is extremely noisy. * The placement of the electrical outlets and light switches was very inconvenient. We constantly had to guess which switch controlled which light. * There was leftover trash from previous guests when we arrived. * The kitchen towel was dirty and looked more like a floor cleaning rag. * The baby crib had simply been left folded in the corner next to the wardrobe.
