距离火车站非常近，步行300米，周围街区很安全有也很方便，楼下有bar可以吃早餐，没有乱七八糟的人。价格非常便宜，房子相当干净，应该是新装修的。和房东联系非常愉快，回复也很及时，另外邻居们也十分友好，看到我们有困难会很热心的帮助我们，非常赞。
只是浴室洗澡的水很小，现在这个天气还好，但是如果冬天入住可能容易生病。另外就是烧水壶有异味，应该是时间久了。此外就是卧室邻街，如果睡眠不好的需要慎重选择，对我影响不大。
