ev sahibi çok yardımcı oldu. kapılar internetten telefona gönderilen linkle telefon yardımıyla açılıyor.
Teknolojiyle aranızın iyi olması gerekiyor zorlandık. Check in çok erken saat 10 da ve çıkış sonrası valizleri bırakacak herhangi bir yer konusunda asla bir yardımda bulunulmuyor. Uçağımız geç saatte olmasına rağmen valizler nedeniyle hiçbirşey yapamadık

Mau atendimento. Tudo por mensagem e não foram capazes de atender uma chamada pois tínhamos às mochilas no quarto e às 10h (hora check out) em ponto estavamos no apartamento para tirarmos as mochilas e para nosso espanto a porta ja estava bloqueada. Pedimos auxílio à porteira que ligou para a proprietária/o e também não atendeu. Por fim respondeu e desbloqueou a porta. Nem foi capaz de pedir desculpa. Decepcionado.
