Alles was aanwezig in het appartement, ook airco wat top is als het buiten 36 graden is. De metro was gemakkelijk om het centrum van Milaan te bereiken. Ook de communicatie met Eleonora ging heel goed.

Niets, alles was in orde.

Clean, comfortable, just a few meters from the both bus and metro stations.

Check in was not possible earlier, not even an option to leave the luggage only.

Property was clean & adequate for our needs for a one night stay. Host was great & contactable.

Accessing the property was very stressful as locating the lock box with jey was difficult as the instructions weren’t clear. Video messages were sent but there was no commentary. After just arriving straight from the airport this was not what we needed. Written or oral instructions along with the video would have been very useful. We couldn’t get the air conditioning to work so we had a very uncomfortable nights sleep as it was exceptionally hot - we contacted the host who did reply & tried to help us but sadly we still could not get it to work. Again typed instructions would have helped. Tourist information would have been very helpful as well. Can’t comment on location in terms of how to get into Milan & its proximity to Milan city centre as we didn’t go into Milan - we stayed here to visit the San Siro Stadium.
