Terrible. Avoid this place!

There was no electricity in the apartment during our entire stay, which meant the electric heaters did not work either. We had to charge our phones in the trash storage area and use candles for lighting. Furthermore, the beds were unbearably uncomfortable. The host was hardly reachable, and they repeatedly promised to resolve the issues — which turned out to be untrue. They also promised a 50% refund of the rental fee, but we have not even received our security deposit back yet

Great for Salone Del Mobile stay

The apartment is in a private residential complex across a metro station, passing through a park. There were an unlimited quantity hot water, coffee machine. The staff were friendly and responsive. The temperature was perfect during spring.

1. The elevator was noisy and we couldn’t sleep well. 2. There were two hair dryers, none of them were working. After 2 days of communication, the host gave as a dryer. 3. The beds in the living room were pretty uncomfortable to sleep on. 4. The shower zone is actually a miniature for that enormous bathroom 5. The hygiene in the apartment was critical 6. Unfortunately, we didn’t got coffee capsules for the first night, neither a bottle of water for welcoming us as guests.

The entire apartment we’re not clean and there is no proper fan or air conditioning.It was very hot days and we couldn’t able to sleep two nights.

Comfortable apartment with all the necessities

Easy access with instruction from owner, but very secure. Nice and clean had everything we needed for the 2 nights we were there. Close to metro station, shops close by

The ventilator were a little weak and seeing the temperature they weren’t very useful BUT there was an air conditioning unit which helped!

Fair appartment, but top hot for stay in summer.

The appartment was clean and in a safe closed and quit compound. Well equipped kitchen (although we hardly used it). Supermarkets in the area. Although metro is 15 min walk, it takes you easily to center of town. Self check-in with video was easy, communication was good and swift response.

There was no airconditioning and in summer it becomes really hot, making it difficult to sleep well. For this price I would expect airconditioning and this is mainly the reason for the lower review. If you use both sofa beds in the living room (we were 5 persons) there is not enough room left for the table and chairs to eat. Bathroom is big but shower is mostly cold.

Interiorul a fost drăguț amenajat și frumos.

Nu mi a plăcut modul de check în, este foarte greu de găsit și indicațiile nu sunt deloc concrete. După ce am plătit propritatea, am mai plătit o garanție tot cu cardul ca să pot primi indicațiile de check în, garanție de care nu mi se precizeaza înainte iar eu nu eram pregătit cu bani pe card. A trebuit seara târziu să caut, este foarte nepoliticos și multă bătaie de cap tot.

Apartmán je v poměrně dobré dostupnosti od konečné metra M1 Bisceglie. Je v uzavřeném komplexu a poměrně velký. Má poměrně slušně vybavenou kuchyň.

Byli jsme nepříjemně překvapeni ještě před příjezdem, kdy jsme museli vyplnit nad rámec booking.com podrobný dotazník, který zřejmě nahrazuje proceduru check-ingu hostů. Ještě více jsme byli překvapeni, když na konci vyplynul požadavek, abychom uhradili dalších více než 200 euro zahrnující nejen předem avizovaný poplatek městu, ale také nikde dříve nezmiňovaný poplatek 90 euro "za úklid". Toto nefér jednání potom ovlivnilo naše vnímání ubytování během celého pobytu.

Giusto per periodi brevi

In generale l'appartamento si presente molto bene, ha quasi tutto il necessario e per pochi giorni ci sta come sistemazione. Si trova a 12 minuti a piedi dalla metro Bisceglia, quartiere molto tranquillo e parking libero al di fuori del condominio.

Potrebbero migliorare la pulizia delle lenzuola e delle asciugami , erano pulite ma presentavano delle macchie che facevano poco desiderare. Inoltre essendo in 5 ospiti, l'acqua calda era poca di suo, forse si può regolare la caldaia.
