Home away from home

Perfect apartment for a family spending several days in Milan. Very comfortable, has everything you need to truly feel at home: from A/C, a fully-equipped kitchen, WiFi, ironing board... to a 5.1 sound system in the living room (wow!) and USB chargers+cables in every room. The location is not centric so it's very quiet, but at the same time there are several restaurants and supermarkets in the area, and a metro station across the street that gets you to the center in minutes. There's also a nearby parking (7.5€/day), very convenient. Alessandro is a wonderful host, very friendly. He'll recommend places to visit if you don't have a predefined plan yet.

The location in quiet area, Alessandro very kind and helpful, close to underground staion and all the connections to make you r way easy to central.We recomand the Romeo patisserie and bistrot Sapori Salumeria which is down stairs.

One of the best STR’s we have stayed at!

We loved everything about this property. We were greeted by Alessandro into his fabulous apartment with music and excitement. He showed us every part of the apartment, I can confirm he has put more into his STR than anywhere we have been, and I travel often. The veranda is calming and tranquil with programmed sounds you can change. He has Bluetooth music everywhere. The beds were very comfortable. The apartment very well decorated and thought out. He has anything you can imagine needing. Alessandro is a plethora of great travel information not to mention the book he put together to guide you through your stay. Right next to the Metro (Red). Easy metro to the Duomo. I would and will recommend this apartment to anyone. It was probably more than we expected. Lastly, he placed cute games and scan codes throughout the apartment for your entertainment. 5 stars all the way.

Cosy, charming accommodation.

Well served location. The apartment has everything for convenient stay. It has multiple mobile phone chargers, air conditions and (shattaf) in the bathroom which is a big plus. The owner is smart and probably an artist has converted the apartment to garden with wide spread life trees inside and small garden in the roof. kitchen is well equipped although some instrument like refrigerator is not properly working ( not so big deal). It is repairable One bathroom with standing shower and jacuzzi. The owner is friendly and very helpful and responsive and has made digital and physical map book for all information and places needed by the guests like restaurant, shops, transportation .. etc… Classic furniture. Garden furniture is old and not so comfortable. I recommend this apartment for guest to stay for few days in Milan.

Pedal operated trash basket would be more convenient.

Fabulous apartment with perfect host

We loved our stay at Alessandro’s place. It was so comfortable- we had loads of space, beds were comfy, the a/c worked perfectly, and our kids loved the jacuzzi, the jungle theme, and the “magic” tv in the bedroom. Alessandro was a perfect host- very quick to communicate, gave loads of great recommendations, and has really thought of everything that travellers need. The flat is brilliantly located- so close to the red line metro that brings you to the main sights of Milan within minutes, and was very handy for us as we attended a concert near the San Siro.

A modern oasis - quirky, well situated and comfortable!

Loved everything! Friendly host that was there to greet us, and who shared lots of information about where to go. Very good communication! The flat is really well situated and very comfortable and homely and eclectic. A real Smart home with all sorts of mod-cons. One bedroom in either end of the apartment. Access to terrace or balcony from every room except kitchen. Three TVs, sound systems, fast wifi, nice lighting, fully equipped kitchen (we didn’t cook, but we easily could have), very nice towels and bed clothes. The terrace is a real oasis, as is the inside really! The list goes on. Walking distance to San Siro. We warmly recommend staying here and would love to visit again. Thank you Alessandro for your generosity!

The best week on Milan

Everything was really PERFECT. Alessandro is really nice man, everything what you ask him, he do the best like he can. Apartment is really nice, inside is isnt everything what you need.... there is more than you need :) I'm sure, if we will go one more time to Milan I will rent apartment from Alessandro. I'm sure, this 10 point is too small for him, booking must change opinion system, because Alessandro deserve on definetally more than 10 point. I give him 100 point!!!

The special magnificent apartment in 1 minute from metro, very pretty green terrasa. There are all of the facilities we needed, we like the design of apartment. An aircondition was perfect for hot days. Alessandro is a great' attentive host, it was very easy to contact with him, he met us personally to give a keys and guided us about the house and surroundings.

The property was clean,near the metro station and there were restaurants and grocery near the area. The apartment was just perfect. Internet was fast which my teenage kids loved most. The host, Alessandro is the best host ever. He met us and saw us off too. His effort in thinking about the smallest details to make his guests stay as comfortable as possible is amazing. He is the best!

The apartment is a beautifully, cozy and clean space, equipped with everything that a traveler may need. Alexandro the host even made a booklet about the neighbourhood so that the quest colud manage more easily. We have never met such a great host, always on our disposal and more than happy to go out of his way to help us explore and get to know Milan. Location is great and terrace is outstanding.

Fabulous apartment close to the metro station

Really comfortable apartment equipped with everything you would need. Comfortable beds; I slept really well! Two minutes walk from the underground with frequent trains into the city. Alessandro, the owner, was fantastic meeting us at the property with the keys and also giving us some ideas of places to visit in Milan. The beautiful terrace is a real bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Caro Alessandri, purtroppo 11 non c'e... ma lo inserirei molto volentieri! Our staying was just perfect! This flat is the best in whole of my story of travelling with booking. The flat was everything what you could need and even more! It is full of technologies (you can hear your favourite music while you are staying in jacuzzi or when you cook in the kitchen). La ciliegina sulla torta is a wonderful tarace, full of plants and birds. And of course the owner - open, friendly, trying to give you fun and relax. Thank you Alessandro! We will be back!

Excellent, could not have been better.

Met Alessandro on arrival at the property. Very welcoming, Very friendly. In advance Alessandro sent all the information we needed for the whole weekend. He showed us around, pointed out all the facilities available to us for our stay.

Well really there is nothing we didn't like. The apartment is immaculate, intriguing and entertaining. there was a minor issue with the spa bath but Alessandro was in attendance as soon as possible and came back the next day to check we were OK. I have no doubt the issue has been resolved by now and won't happen again.

Just me personally don’t like that much jungle feel, as too many plants in apartment. That didnt impact the overall impresion, just start bothering me after some time.

The apartment is equipped with everything that we need , towels, kitchen utensils and even chargers for the mobile phones, it's comfortable and the metro station is near Mr Elisandro, the owner, is very kind, friendly and helpful. He wouldn't hesitate to answer any questions that we had, and he provided extra information about the city, as well as places to visit and see. He was very hospitable and made us feel welcomed in Italy. I highly recommend this place for anyone and everyone!

Muy bonito, cozy, limpio, la cocina sumamente bien equipada. La localización muy buena, con un metro al lado y un parking de precio razonable. Hay algunos restaurantes con comida local buenísima cercanos que nos salvaron durante una tormenta. Alessandro, el anfitrión, es muy amable y simpático.
