Lots of wardrobe space, good location, good coffee machine, clean, was very helpful to have the towels, toothpaste, toothbrushes, hairdryer, dishwasher and washing machine. Very safe location. Supermarkets close by. We enjoyed both balconies. Good communication with host.

Amabilité du propriétaire, métro à 7 mn à pied. Environ 30 mn pour arriver à la cathédrale en métro. Résidence propre.
Les fenêtres ne sont pas en double vitrage, c’est mal insonorisé. La nuit on entend le bruit de la rue extérieure. Les poêles et casseroles devraient être changées ainsi que la bouilloire.

Die relativ nahe Lage zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und dem Supermarkt waren praktisch. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist soweit in Ordnung- bis auf die u.a. Punkte. Die Schlüsselübergabe und Erreichbarkeit des Vermieters (/ der Kontaktperson ?) war gut und unkompliziert.
Die laute Straße bis tief in die Nacht war ungünstig. Der Esstisch in der Küche war mit 5 Personen sehr eng besetzt- ein Wohnzimmer ist nicht vorhanden- und der Tisch auf dem Balkon ist bei gutem Wetter nutzbar. Die Dusche in dem einen Badezimmer sowie die Badewannenarmaturen im anderen Bad- und auch das Lattenrost eines Bettes sollten eine Reparatur erhalten. Die verkratzten Pfannen haben wir vorsichtshalber nicht genutzt.
