Die Wohnung liegt direkt an 2 S-Bahnhaltestellen von dort aus haben wir alle Ziele in Mailand gut erreicht. Unser Fahrzeug konnten wir in einem ca. 100 m entfernten Parkhaus problemlos kostenfrei und gesichert abstellen. Der Vermieter meldet sich regelmäßig und ist sehr fürsorglich.
Alles ok.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt.

Was amazingly spacious! Close to everything from groceries to restaurants and sweets like ice creams!
Tram right out the front to take you into the city centre as well which was awesome.
Washing machine available for the clothes and the parking was an absolute life saver ! Thank you 🙏🏽

Lage top, Tram vor der Tür
Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe
Parkplatzsituation mit Abgabe des Autoschlüssels beim Parkwart (einer von zweien wirkte sehr unprofessionell und man hatte Angst, dass er Schäden am Auto anrichten würde)
Viele Teile der Einrichtung funktionieren nicht / sind beschädigt (Lampe im Bad, Halter für duschkopf, Spiegel in Flur etc.)
Für vier Personen und drei Nächte Aufenthalt gab es nur zwei Kaffeekapseln
Technische Schwierigkeiten für den Eintritt in das Gebäude (die Gottseidank innerhalb des ersten Tages behoben wurden)
Intransparente Preisgestaltung (auf dem Vertrag ist ein höherer Betrag angegeben als auf booking dargestellt)
