Posizione perfetta per andare allo stadio, in quanto l’appartamento è adiacente alla struttura e lo si può raggiungere a piedi. Ottimo anche perché la Metro è sotto casa.

Eccellente per andare a San Siro
Posizione eccezionale per lo stadio San siro, in occasione dei concerti è nella zona chiusa dalla forze dell’ordine, metropolitana vicinissima se ci fosse da spostarsi. Presenza di box ma anche di parcheggio esterno gratuito sotto al palazzo. Non ben segnalato purtroppo il fatto che sia la scala C verso il giardinetto della metro. Ho chiesto informazioni a delle persone che uscivano dalla palazzina e probabilmente non apprezzano che ci sia un appartamento per affitto a breve termine quindi sono stati scortesi ma questo non dipende dalla proprietà. Molto funzionale la chiave elettronica. Ben insonorizzato, corrisponde alle foto ed alla descrizione. Impianto di condizionamento molto ben adeguato. Bagno con tutti i suoi gadget, manca solo un appendi asciugamani che c’è ma è a ridosso della finestra e poco sensato ed agevole, c’è anche lavatrice che è un plus non da poco. Cucina poco funzionale, no cassetto per le posate, no canovacci, cialde del caffè presenti ma non visibili o indicate. Molto pulito, cellulare di reperibilità indicato sulla piattaforma diverso da quello effettivo, celeri nelle risposte da Booking e poi forniscono recapito cellulare corretto a chi rispondono in tempo reale ed in modo gentile ed accurato. Ottimo soggiorno a parte qualche piccolo intoppo iniziale risolto nel brevissimo, praticamente si esce direttamente nel parcheggio di San siro, eccezionale, e anche molto comodo per chi arriva dall’auto strada. Sicuramente ottimale per chi come me doveva vedere dei concerti a San siro. Si può migliorare qualche dettaglio nella cucina, per il resto eccellente e molto consigliato.
Cucina poco funzionale. Mancanza di indicazioni chiare su quale sia il portoncino di ingresso sopratutto perché non c’è numero civico fuori.

Für kurzen Aufenthalt, wenn man nur was zum Schlafen braucht, okay.
Die Nähe zum Stadium war unschlagbar und die Verbindung mit der Metro zur Innenstadt auch wirklich gut.
Das Tor war nicht mit der App zu öffnen, wir mussten auf einen Bewohner des Hauses warten und hatten dann einen Schlüssel im Apartment. Leider gab es am zweiten Tag kein warmes Wasser und hier und da ist das Apartment abgewohnt und unsauber.

Fajne miejsce przy stadionie, 5 minut do dużego supermarketu. Dużo miejsca.
Sposób otwierania drzwi do domu może być trudny dla starszych osób. Ciężko ustawić temperaturę pod prysznicem.

Vanskelig utgangsdør. Brukte noen minutter på å få den opp, den snurret rundt seg selv et par ganger. Og døren til badet hoppet av til tider. Man måtte være veldig forsiktig med å åpne og lukke den.
