Pluskwy i natarczywi sąsiedzi
Lokal przeznaczony dla 8 osób jednak jadalnia tylko dla 4. Nie było gdzie usiąść aby nawet porozmawiać gdyż wszystkie pokoje to sypialnie. Byliśmy z dziećmi , po pół godziny od przyjazdu przyszli sąsiedzi aby dzieci nie "biegały" po mieszkaniu. Do końca wyjazdy codziennie mieliśmy takie wizyty co było dość męczące i stresujące a nie jesteśmy głośnymi gośćmi. Największy problem jednak jaki nastąpił to że po pierwszej nocy nasze dzieci w większym stopniu, dorośli w mniejszym zaczęli mieć czerwone plamy na ciele , co noc plamy się zwiększały . Na szczęście byliśmy tylko 3 noce więc musieliśmy wytrzymać , zakładamy jednak że w lokalu są pluskwy które w nocy nas podgrzały. Zalecam wziąć pod uwagę powyższe przy wyborze tego noclegu. Niestety ale że względu na pluskwy drugi raz bym go nie wybrał. Pozostałe rzeczy w normalnie przyjętych standardach.

Boa casa e má limpeza
A simpatia e disponibilidade do anfitrião. A casa tem tudo o que precisamos para passar uns dias. A localização não é a mais central mas andando um pouco há uma estação de Metro que nos leva diretamente ao centro de Milão. A zona envolvente é calma e segura. Está servida de supermercados. No geral foi positivo.
A limpeza é muito fraca, especialmente na cozinha. A bancada da cozinha tinha gordura, os talheres colavam, os cantos do chão tinham migalhas e até cabelos. Na limpeza não gostámos. Podiam investir mais na limpeza. As camas não eram confortáveis e alguns quartos nem tinham candeeiros.

Alles in allem sehr gut. Gerne wieder, auch mit der nervigen Nachbarin 😂
Sehr gute und moderne Ausstattung. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und bietet sehr viel Platz auch für eine größere Gruppe. Der Vermieter ist extrem nett und antwortet sehr sehr schnell auf WhatsApp Nachrichten, sodass keine Fragen offen bleiben.
Die Nachbarin - kaum 30 min nach Ankunft klingelte sie bei uns und meinte, wir sollen ruhig sein. Nachtruhe kennen wir alle, aber sie hat wirklich übertrieben. Auch am Nächsten Tag um 10:30 klingelte sie wieder und meinte es sei laut gewesen. Die Lage - die Wohnung ist schon etwas schwer zu finden. Ich musste jemanden auffangen und fragen, welcher der vielen Blöcker der richtige war. Ein Lageplan würde da schon sehr gut helfen.

Hote très gentil et super appart!
J'ai vraiment apprécié la réactivité et la gentillesse du propriétaire, apparemment facile à y accéder l'hôte envois toute les instructions en détail et avant l'heure du check in Apparemment spacieu ,propre et tres bien équipé ! Même pour le parcking facile de trouver de la place en face de la résidence et c'est gratuit Beaucoup de commerce à proximité ( pharmacie juste à côté, lidl , boulangerie boucherie...) A 25min en voiture du Duomo Je reviendrai sans hésiter !

订单上有说明是免费停车，但是小区里面是不能免费停车的，我们只能停在外面，每天停车到外面后，还要走回酒店，很麻烦。

Pas vraiment accueillant .
La propreté et la taille des chambres
Pas de coin salon pour se réunir. Pas de chaises et de vaisselles en nombre suffisant. Problème pour avoir de l'eau chaude pour tous et de façon régulière. Climatisation difficilement réglable. Lave linge payant. Trop de recommandations affichés par des papiers dans toute la maison qui fait qu'on ne se sent pas à l'aise et bienvenue.
