Flat is spacious and nicely decorated, location is great. Close to metro, bus stops. But - you have dishwasher, but no tablets left, not even couple. Also no sponge or soap to clean the dishes.

The chekin-in process was a tragedy. We arrived at flat around 00:00 to find out that theres no keybox and no possibility to enter the flat. It was impossible to contact Agency as noone answered. Booking support didn‘t helped as well. As they tried to call same number we called and wrote them message. In the middle of the night, while 7 people are stranded for 1,5 hours at -2 outside. It was pure luck that we met neighbours who knew owners of the flat and managed to get them 01:30 o‘clock in the night who let us in. (Big thanks for them). Next day agency asks to send videos proving that theres no keybox. No apology at all. Probably thinking that 7 people are idiots who cannot find a keybox. For me its crazy and irresponsible, that noone checks if the keys are still there they should be left on the day or arrival. Basically if you arrive at night it is very possible that you will not be able to come into the flat. Considering that next day they bought additional keys (afternoon) and placed new key box in same location which was AGAIN missing on our departure day.

Super appartement proche du centre de milan

L’appartement est grand, propre et bien équipé les lits étaient confortables nous y avons séjourné en famille et c’était super. L’hôte est réactif et l’accès à l’immeuble est simple (vidéo explicative de l’accès aux clefs) et beaucoup de parking disponibles dans la rue

Nouvel An sympathique entre amis dans un grand et bel appartement.

Le confort thermique, l'équipement (salon, salle de bain, chambre), les aides vidéo pour rentrer dans l'immeuble et l'appartement

Le manque d'information (sous forme papier ou sites internet) sur : les moyens de transport (bus, métro, tramway) et leurs distances d'accès; les magasins alimentaires à proximité. On s'est débrouillé. Notices d'utilisation des équipements de la cuisine. Quelques manques en cuisine, surtout le soir de l'arrivée : éponge, liquide vaisselle (achetés et laissés dans le placard), et surtout torchon, Équipement à compléter : Saladier pour 6 personnes (les pâtes et les salades), grille pain qui ne fonctionnait pas. A noter l'évacuation du lavabo de la deuxième chambre qui s'est bouché. Heureusement, il y a une ventouse.

в першу ніч в своїй спальні я виявила клопів в кроваті. спочатку побачила жучків, не до кінця розуміючи їх природу, подумала, можливо щось з вулиці. Коли спробувала його змахнути з подушки, жучок "розірвався" і був весь наповнений кровʼю. придивилася уважніше і побачила, що таких жучків на постілі багато. Загуглила, що це може бути і побачила що відповідний вигляд мають постільні клопи. Я одразу вийшла з кімнати (більше протягом проживання туди не заходили), написала власникам, на що зранку отримала пропозицію прийти зі службою для перевірки ситуації в четвер після обіду, сам випадок був вночі в понеділок. зважаючи,, що ми планували виїзд з помешкання в пʼятницю рано вранці, запропонували господарям вже самим без нас розбиратися з клопами . Після повернення додому у мене почався алергічний висип, відвідавши лікаря, мені діагностували гострий алергічний дерматит на фоні укусів тіла клопами. Окрім негативних вражень від помешкання і подорожі через це (не спала взагалі першу ніч після цієї ситуації), висипу, тепер маю пройти додаткове лікування.
