The apartment is on the ground floor and it was clean and nice. We only stayed one night so for us all the facilities were okay. The host Giampiero was nice and welcoming. All the basic needs have been met. It was a bit cold but there was AC which did a great job at warming up the room. The WiFi connection was also good.

The pictures you see at the top are from 3 different apartments so it was a bit confusing for us, but again, we only stayed one night so we did not have any issues. The bed for 3rd person was not the most comfortable but also did not matter much because of our short stay.

Very good

The apartment is beautiful ,very clean and full of light. The location is great,close to everywhere and has a small groceries shop righ around the corner and a super cute and delicious coffee shop.Allthough small it has everything you need from clutery,pans,coffe cups,wine glases,espresso maschine and boiler,towels,shampoo,soap,dish soap and even an iron.. The host was super nice and even left a small welcome gift in a fridge:) The wirles gets 10 out of 10 and Tv full of chanels and even Netflix open.

We were a family of 4 (two grownups and two kids 4 and 2 &11) so the place was too small for us and uncomfortable to sleep 3 in one bed. BUt It is great for up to 3 ppl. The place is not soundproof.we could hear the neighbors above us moving furniture( sounded like all they do is move furniture) or opening the bath water...walking...Since the apartment is in -1 level not so much privacy felt since anyone who pases by could see us and after 18:00 the whole neighborhood comes to live: kids playing,loud,dogs barking,ppl passing by ...as said for chidless couple it might not be a problem but since my 4y child needs to sleep it is... overall the place is a bit loud but i think perfect for couples or childless 3 people .

Clean, new, and well equiped. Very good wifi (was very important for me). Walking distance to transport links, super market, and restaurants. Great Communication

My stay here exceeded my expectations. The check in was very smooth, I arrived earlier than expected and the host went out of his way to accomodate me and let me check in earlier. The room was excellent, it was very very modern and clean and comfortable with coffee and water available. I was traveling alone and felt very safe. The city centre is pretty close by, I enjoy walking so I would walk over and it took about 30 minutes walking. There is also public transportation available close by. The taxi and uber situation in Milan isn’t the greatest. My host helped me find my ride and actually waited with me for over 20 minutes until it arrived! Very nice host!!

Great find near Navigli

It was extremely clean and well furnished. Excellent Wi-Fi, fantastically stocked minibar. The communication with the owner was amazing. She was very attentive to our needs and very organized. The location is a few minutes away from the tram that takes you to the center and about 15 minutes walk to Navigli. You have lots of great restaurants and cafes in the near vicinity. Although the apartment is in a huge building complex the area felt very safe.

- If you come by car parking is very difficult to find but Laura gave us suggestions on various options even if it was late in the evening. We tried the Sharenow app and it works wonderfully. - - Unfortunately the acoustic isolation of the apartment is not excellent.

I loved my fancy little apartment. It felt like living like a local in the coolest district of Milan

I loved the location in one of the coolest neighborhoods of Milan, close to Mudec Museum and many fashion brands' showrooms, trendy cafes, and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and super nicely decorated in a modern style. The espresso coffee machine and cookies were a very nice perk, for a nice morning treat. It felt like home, a luxury home. Whether you are traveling for work or pleasure, this cute little apartment is greatly recommended.

L’alloggio era pulito, carino e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Nonostante un inconveniente, l’appartamento rimane una buona scelta e ho apprezzato la professionalità del proprietario.

Purtroppo, la mattina del check-out si è verificato un problema di mancanza d’acqua dovuto a dei lavori condominiali. È stato un disagio, soprattutto considerando i miei impegni lavorativi, ma il proprietario, che si è detto all’oscuro della situazione, si è mostrato da subito molto disponibile e comprensivo.
