Important is to note that the city tax is not included. For us on booking.com this was not mentioned (booking charged us in full and mentioned it includes all taxes and fees) so remained a hidden cost. Also important to note that checkin is 25 minutes walk from the actual apartment in an office. I never had to do this kind of checkin. Very uncomfortable if you also want to drop your bags you should drop in that office and then go there and pick up and take it to the apartment. This was also not mentioned on booking and has extra hassle (only found this out after the nonrefundable booking confirmed). Takes 1 hour of your time to get there and come back to the apartment. Kitchen stove lighter was broken. We only noticed this around 10pm when all shops were closed and we had prepared everything for dinner. This was obviously an old problem with the gas stove and was not fixed. They could have provided a lighter or matches but there was nothing so we were left in ... the first night. Although the apartment has a washer and dishwasher, there are no detergents provided so as a tourist they expect that you go buy a pack of these for your 1 or 2 night stays!! I don't know what happens to the left over from previous tenants! Strange that they said they can't provide these because the law prohibits this! I don't think there is any law prohibiting hosts from providing basic essential things like detergents, in all othe rentals in italy we had detergents provided. The living room is very small,. Only has a sofa for 2 persons where as we were 7. Overall I won't recommend it.

The experience we have had in this apartment in Milan is very positive. Our stay has been very pleasant because of the space, the kitchen and the amenities. It also has good connectivity to all places of interest. It is a perfect place to disconnect with family or friends.

My wife and I stayed at this apartment for one night. It was just perfect for us. The location could not have been better, it was walking distance to everything we wanted to do and see. The apartment itself is well furnished, comfortable, light and airy. Highly recommend.

The frontman contronted us when entering the properties and threatened to call police if the owner will not acompany us to the premises. It was a terrible first impression and experience after a long trip.

Qualité de la literie. Taille des chambres. Propreté d’ensemble. Proche du métro et de restaurants sympas.

Pas d’espace pour petit déjeuner. Meriterait de réaménager l’entrée avec machine à café, thé, là, on se croirait plus dans une salle d’attente de médecin… Salles de bains un peu vétustes, robinetterie, cabine de douche étroite. Insonorisation pas géniale…

Ophalen sleutel,zoeken in de straat en sleutel hangt in een bakje aan een ijzeren heg?? Plint in de badkamer hangt los,zo een bakje als douche, enkel kleine mensen kunnen daar in. Douche kraan spoot alle kanten,dus onbruikbaar. Allen naar de 1 ne Douche,die laag in een bad hangt . Wij naar bergamo ,dan in de morgen constant mail en bellen of ze binnen mochten voor werken,ze wisten zelfs niet in welk appartement we zaten. Vanaf 2m8u05 drillen en boren naast de deur.pfft. ergste in 10 jaar !!

Toll für grössere Gruppen und Familien

Die Zimmer waren alle schön eingerichtet mit frischen Tüchern. Es gab Dusch- wie auch kleine Kochutensilien zum brauchen. Für eine grössere Gruppe oder Familie von der Grösse sehr praktische Zimmeraufteilung.

Das Online-Checkin brauchte viele Schritte für jede einzelne Person. Das Gepäck konnte nur an einem ganz anderen Ort abgegeben werden bis die Wohnung frei wurde, was für einen kurzen Tripp eher Zeitaufwändig war. Die Schlüssel konnten wieder an einem anderen Ort via Online-Anleitung abgeholt werden. Mit vier Kindern und schwerem Gepäck etwas mühsam :)

La ubicación, cerca de los canales y un supermercado y la amplitud del apartamento.

Se nota tensión en el condominio por el alquiler turístico, las puertas de los vecinos te advierten con un cartel que esas no son viviendas vacacionales. Pese a solicitar el autocheck-in a las 15:00h, tuve que llamarles 4 veces ya que no había recibido las instrucciones para acceder. Solicitamos el check-out a las 11:00h y a las 10:45h ya había llegado el personal de limpieza.

UNA SITUAZIONE VERAMNETE ASSURDA!!!!! abbiamo vissuto un DISAGIO indescrivibile. Servizio pessimo, ospitalità pessima, organizzazione inesistente, pulizia pessima, condizioni pessime. Abbiamo perso più di un’ora per fare il check in per loro errate comunicazioni. Alla fine ci viene detto che avevamo a disposizione solo un mazzo di chiavi per quattro persone, quattro notti, perchè l'altro mazzo era stato smarrito e non era stato rifatto e ovviamente non ci era stato comunicato in anticipo per potersi organizzare. ZERO PRFESSIONALITA' Oltretutto, la porta di casa non poteva essere chiusa senza chiavi perché la serratura è inesistente. Vogliamo poi parlare poi delle condizioni dell’appartamento? Le foto riportate sono ingannevoli! Sporco, macchie sui muri, un buco enorme in una porta, una crepa sul tavolo, un bagno con un problema di scarico e potrei continuare... Anche il portiere sostiene di non voler aver niente a che fare con quell'appartamento e chi lo gestisce, quindi se avete un problema non vi rivolgete alla portineria. per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato si è dimostrata una vera e propria truffa.
