Not recommended.

My experience: 1- The entry system to the apartment is very difficult. It works through a mobile-linked system, and it often doesn’t respond :). Many times I had to keep trying to enter sometimes for up to 10 minutes! 2- During check-in, the system didn’t respond at all. I contacted customer service, and they directed me to enter a different apartment than the one I was originally assigned. I couldn’t enter that one either. Then they told me to go back again to the first apartment :)! And All of this was through a video call, there was no one physically present to assist me. 3- Inside the apartment, there was only one key, even though we were three people staying in the apartment. Unfortunately, I lost the key and contacted them, and they required me to pay a penalty of ~ €160 because i lost it! 4- I contacted customer service at that time and explained that the entry system is difficult to use, and that I always have to carry the physical key with me so I don’t get stuck outside, especially if I return late at night. Their exact response was: “It’s not our problem that you lost the key.” :))))))))))

Exceptional location in the city, cleanliness, equipment, availability for inquiries 24 hours a day, definitely recommended. As for those who come by car, like us, there is an excellent Nerino6 garage very close by

Everything about the stay was perfect for what we could of asked for. The fit out of the place was perfect and made us enjoy it so much being able to relax after our travels during the day. It made us want to fit out our own place like this.

I will say getting into the room did prove difficult, we needed to call someone to help us get in as it wasn't working when we followed the directions provided to us from the owner on how to get in. Would definitely recommend this accomodation just, probably for a younger more tech savvy person.

Wouldn’t stay again. Not satisfied.

Walkable to restaurants, shops, entertainment

Wasn’t as described as far as the bedding. Issues upon arrival with opening the door. Wasn’t aware that I had to drag my suitcases up and downstairs. A huge bug was in the room- had to contact them to come remove it. The sofa bed was HARD, uncomfortable. AC was preset at an unusual temp and it was extremely hot in Milan.

Absolutely fantastic apartment in a great location

Clearly a recently fully renovated apartment in a fantastic touristy location across the road from a Carrefour Express supermarket and very convenient to attractions including the Duomo Cathedral, La Scala and Sforza Castle. Lots of restaurants and boutique shops nearby. Short walk to the Metro (worth working out how to use it). Great appliances including induction cooktop, microwave, fridge, expresso capsule machine and even a small dishwasher). There were lots of coffee capsules left for us.

The electronic door lock explanation wasn't completely clear and it took us a few goes to work out how it operated (BTW, we saw other new arrivals struggling with this as well). We also found the air-conditioning too cold initially but we raised the temperature then the host informed us how to turn it off (during the night). The expresso capsule machine was a bit tricky and squashed some capsules. The shower cubicle is small and very easy to knock the tap with an elbow and change the temperature. We just barely managed with the provided toilet paper. There was a trick to opening the freezer door (open the fridge door, open the door butter conditioner cover up, then the freezer door will just open - no ice-cube tray though).

1- المكان قريب جداً من الخدمات 2- نظافة المكان 3- يوجد نتفليكس مجاني وهذا نادر في اغلب الشقق 4- مرونة تسجيل الخروج

تسجيل الدخول كان بأشبه بلغز ولا يوجد موظف يرد عليك بالاصح مافيه احد المفتاح كان داخل الغرفه والفيديو المرسل غير الواقع الصراحه الوضع كان جداً سيئ 2- المواقف غير شامله السكن وقيمة اليوم بالمواقف القريبه 50€ 3- السرير مجرد صوفه ومفتوحه وغير مريحه 4- الشقه رقم 7 كانت بالدور الثاني والازعاج مستمر بشكل فضيع من الماره والترام والسيارات 5- التكييف لايعمل بأستمرار يشتغل ويطفي 6- المروش كان مسدود 7- السعر مبالغ فيه

جيدة ولكن ممكن تكون ممتازة

الموقع رائع و الشقة نظيفة جداً. الموقع فى قلب الدومو و كل شي قريب منك ولا تحتاج سيارة وبخصوص النظافة مهتمين بنظافة حتي بأدقّ الادوات و المستلزمات. و العمارة مزودة بكاميرات و امان عالي حتي ابواب الشقق متينة و مؤمنه جيداً.

تعليمات الدخول كانت غير واضحة و مختلفة عن ما تم مشاركتة عن طريق الرابط المرسل من قبلهم مما ادى الى التواص بصعوبه مع الشركة حتي يتم تزويدي بتعليمات الدخول للعمارة و وقت الخروج مبكر جداً و لا يقبلون التاخير حتي مع دفع رسوم إضافية و لا يوجد خدمة تخزين الشنط الا عن طريق مزود خدمه خارجي. لا يوجد خدمة تنظيف و الشارع مزعج.

Soggiorno eccellente, consigliatissimo!

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento in Via Torino e l’esperienza è stata ottima. La comunicazione con l’host è stata sempre rapida e chiara, sin dal momento della prenotazione. L’appartamento è nuovo, arredato con gusto e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. La posizione è perfetta: a pochi passi dal Duomo e ideale per visitare Milano sia a piedi che con i mezzi pubblici. Tutto è andato benissimo durante il soggiorno. Un’esperienza assolutamente positiva, che consiglio vivamente, anche per l’ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Świetne miejsce, będę każdemu polecać!

Lokalizacja jest idealna, zwłaszcza na krótki wyjazd. Mniej niż 10 min spacerem do Duomo, pod nosem świetna restauracja, Carrefour i różne sklepy. Wyposażony idealnie, wygodne łóżko, suszarka do włosów, akcesoria kuchenne. Bardzo jasne wskazówki zameldowania, nie wiem skąd te negatywne opinie. Klimatyzacja daje mocno, przydałaby się jakaś drobna instrukcja jak ustawić ją na chłodzenie ale bez mocnego nawiewu - chyba nawet na tym najniższym trybie wieje mocno i można wstać rano z katarem. Aczkolwiek dawała ukojenie w upalną pogodę.

La ubicación y la habitación frente a la calle (5,6,7 y 8) con amenidades cumplen al 100%, tener un supermecado (Carrefour) justo cruzando la calle vale oro

- Nunca tuve Wifi (sí internet en tv) por mas que me mandaban contraseñas nunca funciono ni reseteándolo - Las regaderas son diminutas y se tepa con facilidad - La habitación 9 estuvo complicado el acceso si traes maletas porque hay que ir a otro edificio y no tiene mucha ventilación por que no hay ventanas.
