It is located in a good site with all the accessories functioning.

The room I saw in the pictures isn't the room we were given. Additionally as an apartment, they did not provide basic things like detergent to wash dishes in the kitchen or few other items unlike the first apartment I lodged in even at a cheaper price.

The apartment was in a great location, about a 10 minute walk from duomo. There was lots of shops, cafes and restaurants around the apartment too. The facilities in the apartment were great with a kitchen and washing machine.

There was a bit of confusion with check in times as some of the messages/info said check in was at 2 and others said 3.

Air conditioning and fan were in property but still very warm in summer months - totally fine for a few nights though

Good location. Flat was good value for money.

I left the property after 4 days with over 21 bites. Initially I thought they were mosquitos, but after getting home, I researched and saw that they were in fact bed bugs. I passed on my photos and comments to the company and was offered 20% off next visit. I am not likely to visit again. They initially were apologetic but when I gave feedback on lack of aircon in the main bedroom, soft sinking mattress, no lights in the dark narrow stone stairwells (flat was on 3 floor). Every night you couldn't see anything. Their other flats on Via Torino number 2 looked nicer.
