The location, close to Duomo. The beds. The amount if natural light in the appartement Overall, the accommodation was good.

The bathroom in particular. Broken toilet seat, which is not great from a hygiène point of view. Rusty shower hose, moldy shower seals..... always unpleasant to discover that at 1st shower when you have already settled in, you and your family. I reported the issue and the offered a big cleaning of the shower .....but once you have settled in, you just don' wan' t somebody to disturb you , do you? ....you have the kids, their stuff.... As a conclusion, If you’re going to advertise a property as “deluxe” on Booking.com, these are simply not the kind of issues guests should have to deal with . Please Fix the toilet seat ( buy a new one, right size), replace the shower hose and mouldy seals ....and ask your employees in charge of the cleaning to report that kind of issues before arrival of the new clients. This is important. The staff answered that this is a private accommodation not a hotel....ok but not relevant to my stay again!

Perfekte Lage für einen Städtetrip nach Mailand. Tramhaltestelle direkt vor der Tür (im Moment Baustelle, deshalb mussten wir etwas weiter laufen). Man kann aber fast alles zu Fuß erkunden. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Kontakt zur Schlüsselübergabe per whats App, sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Alles in allem eine perfekte Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip nach Mailand

Este un apartament foarte luminos, cu dormitor si sufragerie cu colt bucatarie (plita, frigider, cafetiera, microunde). S-a dormit si pe canapeaua extensibila, foarte comoda si buna pentru dormit. Evident si patul din dormitor foarte bun. Locatia este foarte buna, in mod normal ai si 3 tramvaie care trec pe strada si au statiile aproape. Noi am avut ghinion ca tocmai se lucra la schimbarea sinelor de tramvai. Dar distanta mica pana in Piata Domului a rezolvat inconvenientul care oricum e trecator. Anita, persoana de contact este foarte amabila, raspunde prompt la diversele intrebari pe care noi le-am pus nu neaparat legate de apartament . Multumesc mult, Anita. Concluzie: recomandam cu caldura acest apartament si daca voi mai reveni in Milano mi-ar placea sa locuiesc tot aici.

Singurul inconvenient: noi am stat 9 nopti si mi-as fi dorit sa mai am in timpul asta cate un prosop de schimb. Desi ai masina de spalat, nu este usor sa le lasi la uscat in camera fiind toata ziua la plimbare, deci geamuri inchise. Si matura din dotare era rupta. Nu am stat sa punem aspiratorul.

Ubicación

Ruido continuo del paso de los tranvías, incluso durante la noche. Imposible dormir. Apenas un poco de jabón de manos en el servicio y ningún otro producto de acogida (de aseo ni de limpieza)
