Duomo Happiness Suites

Location was amazing - easy walk to transport & duomo Very clean & spacious with modern feel The correct contact person was really lovely but I had no clue or direction on who to contact There is a lift to take your bags to your floor which was a good bonus.

Washing machine still broken despite suggestions it had been fixed. This was annoying for us as we chose accommodation specifically for washing machine (less luggage). I had a strap with me so I could make it work but I got lucky with that. Prior to our stay class bnb was hacked so we had more than 10 fraudulent attempts to contact us, we were ghosted by class bnb & I managed to reach the right person for our booking to get access to the property but it was VERY poor management. The apartment had a dishwasher but no tabs. A sink to was dishes but no drying rack or towel to dry them. There is no toaster but you can use the oven grill. Below neighbours were so noisy from 2am every morning. I had to go ask them to be quiet but every night the same. Not sure if they are holiday makers? Not the fault of the owner though.

Logement bien situé, propre, grand, bien équipé globalement

J’ai dû demander une couette car il n’y avait qu’un drap sur le lit alors que le temps n’était pas incroyable à Milan, il a pas mal plu. Le personnel s’est tout de même arrangé pour fournir ça rapidement. Le pire était de ne pas pouvoir se laver pendant 2 jours car plus d’eau chaude après le 1er jour. De même, point négatif pour la porte de la machine à laver linge qui était manquante/cassée

We loved the location of the apartment, close to all main attractions, restaurants and terraces. Though very central, the apartment faces a beautiful inner garden, extremely peaceful and green. The two rooms were clearly split, providing enough intimacy to all our family members. We also really appreciated the cleanliness inside the apartment.

The bed in the sleeping-room, though comfortable, it's pretty high. We are both quite tall, yet it became "a thing" to get in and out of bed. The communication through WA might need some improvement. Even when requests cannot be accommodated, a faster reply or a link to an external company that does provide such a service could be a plus for a tourist visiting Milan for the first time. ;)

The location is great!

1.You MUST have the whatsapp app to enter the apartment. i had a problem with it installed and they wouldn't let me in any other way. You can't communicate with the team responsible for the accommodation in any other way. If you don't have whatsapp they won't let you in. 2. I had to stretch out the sofa bed in the kitchen and prepare it for sleeping myself. This was very inconvenient and it's the first time it's happened to me. Let's rent an apartment and just have to make our bed. For me, it's not good to have it folded with the sheets that you'll sleep on later. It seems unhygienic to me.
