DUOMO - The Warm Maison - EXCLUSIVE

The property is a quirky old school apartment with great character and interesting interiors and items to look at. It was in a great location for us. Very comfy bed. The hosts were very receptive to the difficulties we had with the check in process.

The check in system was a joke - the link to the main door did not work, the digital code to the apartment did not work, the code for the physical key in the key lock did not work. The hosts did apologies saying it was an issue with their wifi and they were able to re-set the digital code to let us in . However, this left us slightly nervous every time we went out and came back. The unpleasant smell in the kitchen was overwhelming. We were lucky to be staying when the weather was good so we could leave the windows open for fresh air. Both these points have been mentioned in previous reviews and therefore need to be resolved.

great location the appartment is very authentic and felt like home. you have everything needed for a short or longer stay

if the check-in could be moved earlier to 14:00 or max 15:00, as 16:00 feels like the day is gone already

La ubicación

Toallas incompletas, éramos 4 y solo había dos toallas grandes
