El precio es barato
El barrio no es muy bueno cuando cae la noche, además de que hay mucha vida nocturna, hay un bar que pone musica en el segundo piso, asi que se duerme con ruido, aparte de que las indicaciones para entrar no se entienden, si no nos abre la puerta principal un vecino, no podriamos haber entrado. Y es un quinto piso sin ascensor y las escaleras tienen mala pinta.
