I booked a double room via Agoda. They gave me a bed in a 6 bedroom dorm claiming it to be an upgrade. I had receipt and everything for a private room which they denied upon check in or i needed to leave the property. It was 12:30, i had no choice but to politely agree. SAD & DIRTY. ONLY location is a plus.

🚨 DO NOT BOOK THIS HOSTEL! MISLEADING LISTING AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! 🚨 I booked and paid for a single room through Agoda, but when I arrived, I was told that my reservation was for a shared room with ten people. What they offered was completely different from what had been advertised and sold through the platform. The staff were extremely rude and completely unwilling to help. They handed me a phone and told me to resolve the issue with Agoda by myself. Meanwhile, they stayed outside smoking and chatting instead of supporting me or trying to find a solution—even though the booking error was not my fault. They would not provide the room I had paid for, refund my money, contact the manager or allow me to speak with the manager. I arrived at approximately 11 a.m. and remained there for around three hours, unable to go anywhere because neither the hostel nor Agoda would resolve the problem. Eventually, I had to speak much more firmly before they finally took any action. Throughout the situation, their responses were dismissive and confrontational. They showed no professionalism or ability to manage a problem involving a guest. While I was waiting, two more people arrived experiencing similar booking problems, which suggests that this was not an isolated mistake. Do not waste your time or money here. There are other hotels nearby with lower prices and much better customer service. I strongly recommend choosing somewhere else.
