    Easy checkin with clean sheet Everyday. (Surpassed some hotels). Very practical facilities for travellers. Just that some guests with different backgrounds and experiences use them differently. Overall, it should be the best in operational procedures.

    Not close to Milan Centrale. If you need to travel by train or bus, you’ll always have to go through Centrale. This hotel is near a metro station, but it’s not convenient for reaching the airport or other cities—you still need to take a train or bus from Centrale. I requested early check-in a month in advance and was even willing to pay extra for it. The staff told me that early check-in is only allowed for private rooms. Many travelers arrive from faraway countries and cities, often early in the morning, and the hotel should understand human values, not just money. After a long journey, people are tired. I had to wait more than two hours, and they gave me the key exactly at 3 PM. They said my room wasn’t ready, but I found out it was actually empty. That was rude. It’s better to stay near Milan Centrale instead.
