    the kitchen didn't have a lot of stuff, there are lockers. staff is really nice and helpful. The pillows are shit (it's best even to use a jacket under your head). Free luggage storage

    Location close to the san babila station, property are clean & got weekly event inside the property, suitable for budget traveller.

    Cleanliness of the property is very good, location is close to the san babila station, on 10mins walk which is close to duomo. Last but not least, got weekly event inside the property arranged by the hotel, so if you don't want to go outside, you still can have some fun inside there.

    I was stood waiting to check in, a few minutes maybe, no problem, then the staff member comes around and a male guest appears after me. I say, hi, can I check in, the guy next to me says "i want coffee". The staff member says "im going to serve him first ok". I say no, I was there first. Both men not happy, it made the check in awkward. I mean, what the actual f in 2026. F this place.
