    I’m 5’2 and i hit my head all the time at the bunk bed. Quite cramped but clean. Bathroom is old but clean n useable. It was alright. The roommates were kind of sketchy. But it was fine i guess. It was too expensive for that kind of cramped bed. But it was all clean n fine so its all good. There’s elevator too so u dont suffer to go by stairs. The guy at the bar was friendly. The girl at reception was VERY KIND, smile all the time and she matched my requests too which i was very thankful for. So i cant really remove stars because.. it was great.. just tiny discomfort that i can just shake off.

    All of my mate are great! and nice of quiet with female dorm room. The 6th floor is great place to cook and relax. Meeting up with new joiner or got some drink before going out. Actually, I did not join the event at the bar, whereas if you are coming please join, it is the good experience and new friends out there! Thank you so much, let'see next trip visiting.

    This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have had. The most serious issue was the non-functioning air conditioning. We were never informed about this problem before arrival, despite it apparently being a known issue. A staff member and another guest both confirmed that the air conditioning was not working. Had we been informed in advance, we would have had the opportunity to make an informed decision about our stay. Instead, we were left to endure uncomfortable room conditions without prior warning. What made the situation even more frustrating was the response from management. Rather than acknowledging the inconvenience and taking ownership of the issue, the manager appeared dismissive of our concerns. This lack of accountability and customer care was extremely disappointing. In addition, most of the staff we encountered were unfriendly and unwelcoming. Hospitality should be a core aspect of any hotel experience, but unfortunately that was not reflected during our stay. To make matters worse, there were mosquitoes in the room, which affected our comfort and sleep quality. A hotel cannot always prevent maintenance issues, but it can be transparent with guests and handle concerns professionally. Unfortunately, this property failed on both counts. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and uncomfortable room conditions significantly impacted our stay. We would not recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again.
