Wifi did not work at all for us. When we contacted the reception we were just told that it was working for them, with no other effort to help solve the problem.

The staff was amazing, whoever I was communicating with on the phone were really helpful and guided me to where my room was in the middle of the night. The location is good there is a bus stop 2mins down the street.

I didn’t understand how you’re supposed to open the door, I was very tired. I think you’re supposed to phone a number and it opens? I’m still not so sure , I have read it many times. But I used the back up option they give which is to use the key safe outside. I was so lucky that I missed my bus and had to get a taxi, because I was having so much trouble trying to open it and nearly broke all of my nails trying to open it but the taxi driver saved me. The room was really difficult to find as the directions and floor in the message were not right. My room was exceptionally basic and I think not like the other rooms. I went for the cheap option room (no aircon one) I don’t like aircon anyway and was only there for less than 10 hours but it was really giving prison cell vibes. If I was staying for longer I would have chosen a nicer room.
