Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr schön. Die Lage des Hotels in der Innenstadt war top. Man konnte viele touristische Ziele zu Fuß erreichen, ein Lebensmittelmarkt liegt direkt gegenüber. Die Klimatisierung der Zimmer war super gut und dringend notwendig. Das Frühstück war OK, das Personal sehr freundlich und kompetent.
Es gab keine Ausschilderung des Hotels und nicht mal im Gebäude war ein Hinweis auf die beiden Hoteletagen zu finden. Vor dem Hotel war eine große Straßenbaustelle, die jeden Morgen ab 5 Uhr für Lärm und für einige Umwege gesorgt hat. Da eins der beiden Fenster nicht richtig geschlossen hat, war die Schallisolierung nicht perfekt. Das Zimmer ist insgesamt recht klein, das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis daher nicht so gut.

The hotel's location was very convenient and close to the city center (about a 10-minute walk to the Duomo). The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would especially like to mention the lady who served breakfast, as she was exceptionally kind and attentive.
The breakfast was rather limited, with not much variety available, and the selection remained the same every day.

זה לא ממש מלון , זה קומה עם דירות , אין לובי , אין מקום לשבת לעבוד , מלון לא לעסקים ועלה מאוד יקר למי שיש מזוודה צריך לעלות מספר מדרגות ללא מעלית צריך להסתובב עם מפתח פיזי כדי להכנס לבניין
